If I’m not mistaken they’re not any regular rechargeable batteries you can get at the store. The type that comes up when I did my research is the battery size 18650. I doubt that the brand of battery matters as long as the size is 18650.
That’s weird, the only time it should be charging is when the battery is low or the camera’s battery has died. If the camera isn’t recording movement while off the charger and is charged I would personally contact the company for a replacement. I’m sorry this has happened to you.
If you want the videos to save for the previous 30 days then yes you would have to pay. If you don’t want the videos to be saved then the answer is no. It’s free until you want to save videos for the past month. Hopefully this answered your question 😊

@anasalazar1492 You are most certainly welcome! The best suggestion I have is to restart the process. Delete the camera in the aiwit app and redo everything from scratch. Secondly I would verify you chose the right camera when it tells you to choose the product you want to add, maybe try a different one that looks like the camera you have. If all else fails I would personally get in contact with customer support as they will guide you in the right direction 🙏🏾.
It stays charged for a decent amount of time actually, it stays charged for a little over an about month or two before you get a warning to your phone about the battery going low. It really all depends on your settings you set in the app, the more recording you want it to do the more battery consumption it will have but again overall I have no complaints with staying charged.

It came with screws no adhesive tape. Would have been nice to have came with the tape although I’m sure they sell it at Walmart.
