An excellent video Richard - really high quality research and presentation. Regarding the old album page of stamps stuck in with hinges. Personally, I would remove them if you want to incorporate them into your collection. Peel the hinges off the page and then, keeping the stamp face down, slowly peel the hinge off, keeping it flat against the stamp. If you think the hinge is stuck too much (which can happen if too much moisture was used), you can carefully trim the hinge off flush. The remaining bit of hinge stuck on the stamp won’t show when it’s mounted in a modern slip case like Hawid.
@@RichardPhilatelistIf you are lucky, they will be ‘old-style’ hinges. They are much wider than the new narrower (and much more fiddly) type. The old ones peeled off very easily, but the new ones tend to stick too much - especially if they’re on mint stamps.

Hi Lisa, I got the answer from an Argentine friend. Due to the economic downturn, Correo Argentino ceased paying FIFA copyright fees for issuing football-themed stamps after 2014, until they resumed in 2023 following Argentina's win. However, the copyright fees remain a significant cost for them, resulting in the purchase price of this stamp set at the Argentine post office being more than double its face value.
