- I completely converted the regular engine to 4 cylinders from scrap, I set the explosion point 1-3-4-2, it was a very difficult challenge for me, it took me quite a while. to optimize it, if you find the video good, help me share it with everyone

Technically, multiplying cylinders from a baseline motor and scrap parts would be relatively balanced. Wouldn’t hurt to get the motor blue printed anyway (if it mattered to the guy who does this regularly😅)
His dedication to making the engine alone is crazy and ontop of that to have the skill to make it run smoothly is nothing short of amazing 👏

I doubt the electric starter is powerfull enough to crank 4 cylinders since it's designed for a single cylinder

this is one of those rare occasions that im genuinely glad that youtube put this little series in my recommended. this was by far the most interesting thing i've watched in a long time. i wish you all the success in the world, not many people can say they've built their own engine let alone say they've adapted single cylinder to multi cylinder.

I was amazed, this guy in addition to being a mechanic with a capital M, is also a perfect machinist of machine tools and also an engineer, to design such a thing without even a drawing, you have to be geniuses.
exactly i work with CNC technicians and we make components for satellites that extreme tolerances, and this guy did it on a lathe and vertical mill simply genius

I'm guessing this ain't too reliable either. Assuming it actually got some power to it, that tiny gearbox won't last long. Still a super cool build tho
He has to work on gear box also to achieve higher speed and torque because standard gear box is designed fore average speed and milege not for speed to achieve speed and torque on every gear he has to play with gear ratios
that clutch and gearbox won't last long, and the fuel consumption is very bad with stock gear ratio, basically 4x more, probably up to 5x if it was originally fuel-injected
The unsung heroes are people just like this genius. They are the people such as the tool & die makers, who interpret plans and drawings, turning those into molds, and then the molds filled with melted metals to create the part. It blows my mind that the tool and die engineers are the reason we have everything, as far as parts and fasteners. This man is genius, and I truly believe we are all created to perform a specific function during our lifetime. This is this mans reason he was created and given life.
The videography is almost as brilliant as his work.
This is nothing short of absolutely incredible, you are a true genius and you did an insanely well job. Massive props and respect to you!

I just love how this is done... Out of scrap, ingenuity and skill, working in a fairly simple environment without 3dprinters, cad milling machines and crap like that. This is how technology should have remained. And then, driving on streets without millions of cars... I just love it!

@@jelgoncalves8915 até o momento irmão ele está tentando , mais a moto dele não está acertando o ponto de jeito algum , moto está fumando bastante e pra chegar no nível desse cara tem de ir longe viu , se eu fosse o riva tentava mais pegar as manha desses cara aqui mano o Riva tem potencial grande pra chegar nesse nível basta ele querer sair um pouco das gambiarra rsrsrsr se eu fosse ele em vez de motor de cg 150 faria igual esse cara pegaria os motores da bis iria ficar top como está que ficou perfeita mano a moto não solta nem fumaça de excesso de gasolina tá redondinha cara

E sobre o ponto realmente precisa de alguns ajustes ...e o motor ele escolheu o motor certo motor de biz e só 4 marchas muito pequeno e outra o Riva ele é um cara muito ocupado com a retifica dele !! Mas ele já disse que vai melhorar muita coisa na Riva600.

Being a Mechanical Engineer i can say its a really difficult job to do reaming, kurling, boring, threading with each exact calculated iron frames or cabinate with intricated shaped ports which he designed all single handedly.
And this is not about reaming, boring, threading etc.... this guy is much more than just that.

I'd love to see this on a dyno, it would be interesting to see the power figures.
Probably like 30hp considering the singles he based it from are 5-7hp each. But a dyno would confirm this and id like to see it as well.

So let say given bore stroke for 125cc bike is 57.3x48.4
So 0.785 x bore x bore x stroke
= 0.785 x 57.3 x 57.3 x 48.4 / 1000
= 124.7 (estimated)
Since u weld into 4 cylinder therefore
124.7x4 = 498.8
Estimate should be 500cc… DAMN THIS IS MADNESS MAN FUCKING LOVE ALL YOUR HARDWORK MAKE INTO A MASTERPIECE

125cc v4 probably similar power as a 500-600cc single cylinder but all those carburetors would make for a crazy diameter
@@M41D17 but a big single cylinder sounds like crap though. No hate just saying the truth lol. Hmmm but still depends though. You can make a 125c engine but can have mor hp than a 150cc engine

I wouldn't be too concerned the pistons are pretty small this is effectively 4 125cc's put Together, he didn't show the crank being rotationally balanced that would be my one concern the crank should be spun to whatever your max RPM target is as then balanced for that rpm range @lee is this a dry clutch setup, there is a rattle at idle I can't place it sounds like it might the drive train which is normal if its a dry type clutch
I have not tried this, but as this is not a high power engine I hope the crank is strong enough. Inline 4 should have good primary balance, so I think that aspect is ok as well. What would concern me is thermal stress in the cylinder head may cause it to crack eventually. If you want a reliable engine, its obviously better to buy one from a major manufacturer.

@@rjc862003 The crank was made with a sharpie and a cutoff wheel. It's not balanced at all. He did put pretty beefy bearings in though. It might be fine unbalanced but it's definitely filthy and contaminated which may also be an issue.
