  • A 24-inch water main broke at 45th avenue and Perry Street in Denver Sunday morning sending neighbors into the streets.

    Guess we now know where Denver water got the 194 million dollars for their new building campus. In maintenance fee savings by just not doing them.

    Never think you're going to need flood damage insurance when you don't live near a river or a lake. If you own a home, you should be covered for every disaster, flood, fire, wind, rain, hail, catastrophic disaster, talk to your insurance agent, they're more than happy to help.

      @@janeoleary8454 Yes, the city's pipe lines , gas lines are all their responsibility to maintain and service.

      @@n07w4tU7hnk They have up graded the gas lines in that neighborhood 2years ago. They like the water lines are 100 years old too. To bad they didn't do both.
      Good times ! Lake perry is very beautiful , but no boating allowed.

      Not a chance. City taxes are supposed to maintain all utilities. Damage is also

    Denver water is such a joke. Denver's whole infrastructure is crumbling and we are spending so much money on things like bike lanes.

    That’s a sinkhole I’ve seen
    Them in Florida they fix it
    But it will return the
    Water main break didn’t
    Help .. but the sinkhole
    Probably cause the issue
    That’s what they use those pumps for sinkholes..oops
    Of course they’ll say it’s not just to keep collecting taxes. Hahahahaha
