I have been practicing Optometry for 39 years. 2 1/2 years ago, after being diagnosed as a Type 2 Diabetic with an HbA1c of 9.9, I drastically changed my diet, using Intermittent Fasting and Keto and brought my HbA1c down to 4.9 WITHOUT MEDICATION. I also came off ALL medications, 2 for hypertension and a statin. I was able to give up my CPAP for sleep apnea. This is a great video, Dr Berg!

Congratulations Sir, my experience is much the same. I've eliminated over 15 different symptoms of metabolic syndrome since embracing such a lifestyle; it's such a treasure to be both free of health concerns and enabled to trust that I can readily maintain my health. I really like hearing another testimonial to the effectiveness of such healthy choices toward successfully reversing sleep apnea.

    - Zinc helps vitamin A
    - carotenoids: in plants help prevent macular degeneration, leafy greens

I’ve been to the opticians for a routine eye test ! This guy was happy to tell me that my eyes are extremely dry and recommend eye drops, how comes he never told me I may be deficient in Vit A? These people do nothing to treat root problems but are happy to soothe symptoms!

I am so happy to hear that. And happy for you 😀 I need so much of your results. And even more.
I had eye issues since a child. And it never got better. Just worse. I've been dealing with glaucoma, myopia, optic nerve damage and both eyes significantly.
I am legally blind now. Just need a breakthrough healing and wholeness in my body. I have been dealing long. Now I'm in my mid-thirties. And this type of sickness and disease has been robbing from being the person I want to be in accomplishments I wanted to do..
I did multiple eye surgeries and procedures. I Water fasted for 21 days straight. I do intermittent fasting 5 days a week at least. Witch is OMAD and sometimes Warrior 4 hour eating window. Went vegan for a year. I exercise cardio and resistance training. And now I started to do Keto. No more full time vegan. I cut out all refine sugars. No bad cooking oils. No dairy. I do Dr christopher Eye wash and supplements. I I take all matter of supplements. Nothing synthetic.
I take stuff like Tumeric, black cumin seed oil, MSM, potassium, fish oil, bilberry, eyebright, cacao powder, matcha Japan ceremonial tea, lion's mane, mushroom relish, vanilla bean Whole powder, organic coffee decaffeinated, spirulina. All matter of detoxing. Even expensive stem cell treatments.
Prayer and fasting. People praying for me church is praying for me. Put myself in debt just so I can have my eyesight back and the rest of my body healed due to multiple non at fault car accidents Just tired and fed up Lord. Heaven do you hear Me? 😔
Can't be the Earthly Father I want and need to be to My almost 3 year old Dauther Again I just need a Miracle breakthrough. Lord Jesus please have mercy and grace on Me!!! 🙏

My husband retinopathy and macular degeneration, he was being injected with Avastin and the always said his retina would detach. I was very alarmed and scared. He lost sight in both eyes.
My mother one day threw her glasses on her desk and said “Bah, I really don’t need glasses anymore since my vision is better since I started taking these vitamins!” I was surprised, she was taking Areds with Lutein she bought at Walmart.
I immediately told my husband I wasn’t taking him to the VA anymore. That I was he was going to start taking vitamins for his eyes and if after if it didn’t work he could go back.
After 6 months of helping shower, feeding him, driving him to drs spots.
He started seeing again!! After several years he started driving again.
I know everything you share is true!! Thank you for confirming so much!!

Lose Weight ASAP with Exercise and Intermittent Fasting 18/6 or better 24 or 48 hours. Supplement with better Vitamins in addition to eating raw veggies and leafy greens first. Then you maybe able to stop Pre-Diabetes or Diabetes. It's not just Metformin, it's Pre-Diabetes or Diabetes. Being even 10-15% OBESE (above Ideal Weight - formula Height in cm Minus 100 should be Weight in kilograms) is what did it to my eyes, caused heart surgery and Pre-Diabetes (and no Doctor gave any tips on Intermittent Fasting and Vitamins and Weight Management like Dr. Eric Berg and Dr. Jason Fung on Intermittent Fasting and Endocrinology). Besides getting vitamins from food and maybe getting a referral from Endocrinologist and Cardiologist to good Registered Dietician to work on improving Diet for a few sessions supplement also with Psyllium Husk (2 TBS instead of Meals if you adhere to eating once or twice a day following Intermittent Fasting, and it's what you must take also 30 min before each meal mixed with 1 glass of water and then drinking 2 more glasses of water - it's a miracle helping to lose Weight and control Blood Glucose and Cholesterol).

My eyesight has improved since I gave up sugar. I also spend more time outside, without glasses, in bright light and practice "active focus", where you try to focus on things. Since my eyes aren't too bad, I like to drive on the highway without glasses. It's motivates you to focus at different distances and use your peripheral vision. Another good thing to do is use bright light bulbs in your house at night.
Don't let your doctor test your eyes and perscribe glasses for you based on measurements in a dark room. Have glasses made when you're tested in a very bright room, when your eyesight is at its best, or the glasses will be too strong during the day and weaken your eyes over time.

About 10 days ago I started taking tocotrienol and my vision just popped! I was reading something on my monitor with my 3.25 mag glasses and took them off and I could see BETTER with no glasses at all. Another issue with the eyes is clogging of the oil ducts, this creates dry eye. Not sure why the oil ducts clog but modern medicine will prescribe drops for $400 a month that are ineffective. Warming the eyes for 10 minute intervals via a heated oil filled compress and then massaging the top and bottom eyelids in the direction of the lashes does wonders for dry eye, and so many other issues. Years ago I had lots of trouble driving home from work at night I couldn’t hardly see. I was recommended a Bottle of vitamins for your eyes( don’t remember name) but I do remember it had vitamin A among other vitamins it helped a LOT…. Had no idea lack of nutrients could affect your vision. I was a bit ignorant back then.
