Denis Villeneuve is pure Quebec French accent. That’s his full heritage. Timothee sounds very French from France but with some English twist in it because of his bilingual heritage. You can know a language perfectly and still have an accent. Everybody’s got an accent. If it’s not an English accent when you speak French, then you have a Quebecois accent, or a Parisian accent, or an Egyptian accent, or Belgian, etc. So don’t feel you don’t master a language because you still have an accent. I’m very fluent in English and I’ve been living in an all English speaking environment for 20 years, and I still have a French accent. That’s just my heritage and my flavour ;)
