How do you heal? It has ruined my life. I was happy and willingly alone before, i did everything independently even when i was with him. I think about d£ath all the time. My friends are not friends. I asked them to call and they don't. I contact them and they don't answer. I was always ab amazing friend even when i was single. It didn't have all the characteristics you mentioned, but I still think it's a trauma bond. Him ignoring my existence after break up makes me think it never happened. He doesn't answer, make eye contact, react. No one says anything. It's like he never existed. What do I do now?
I don't have a strong support system. I have already done what you said.
I had healthy boundaries etc since my 20s. None of these are answers.
