Great list! Here is my top 15 with some honorary mentions : Honorary mentions(in no order): X-Men: Legends 2, Spider-Man 2(2004), God Of War(OG) Kingdom Hearts, The Punisher, 007 Goldeneye. 15. Sly 2. I really loved this game and I wish it got a remake because it surely didn’t aged as well as the rest of the games here… but I have to admit nostalgia is the main reason that’s it’s so high on my list. 14. God Of War 2. It’s here only because of the awesome bosses! The gameplay was great for the time and every aspect of the game was improved! 13. The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim. A good game that didn’t lived up to its predecessor which you’ll see higher on the list. The Dragons were repetitive and all the guilds and side quest were cut short. I still love it for some of the side quests. 12. GTA: San Andreas. This game has a great story, missions and soundtracks. The first act is by far the best in the game, but the other two are also decent! But the Characters are great and I loved the new features like gym, restaurants etc. Where this game kinda falls for me it’s how not fun it can be to complete it 100%! I 11. Tekken 3: best fighting game in my eyes. Characters are tight, gameplay is fluid and story is good. Extra features like Volleyball or street fighting are also fun, as well as all the unlocked characters in the game. Only downside is no Kazuya 10. Saints Row The Third. it’s like GTA on steroids and I love it. The Hommies feels like family and the story is great. This game is so wacky!!! glitches are kinda bad and the middle portion of the story should have dragged on little longer so the whole final act will be more epic. Finishing it 100% is nice. 9. Resident Evil 7: BioHazard. This game revived the franchise after returning to its horror roots. The Bakers are great as the villains. The last 30% percent of the game are not as good. 100% completion is great! 8. Age Of Mythology: this game is so fun for me and the campaign is amazing. The Titan expansion wasn’t great but it only added and never took anything away. It really feels more like a chore than a game. 7. Resident Evil 2 Remake. I love this game and think it’s a perfect remake with a really high replay value! Mr X is so awesome and all the extra modes are really fun. 100% completion is so satisfying! 6. Batman: Arkham City. This game is the best comic book game that we’ve got and will get, at least in the near future. The story line is so good. Only things I didn’t absolutely loved were the side missions(Deadshot and Bane were really lame as well as the prisoners repetitive rescue missions). 100% completion feels like a chore and not very rewarding. 5. Bully: this game is so great to me and it’s suck we’ll probably never get a sequel nowadays with all the bully awareness... this game was so fun! Only two things that held it down for me are some of the NPC’s and how short it was. 100 percent completion is very fun. Short but sweet! 4. Resident Evil 4: this game is so great. Best Horror game ever. Great suspense and great bosses. I’ve finished it many many times. The story and lore are also very good. 3. God Of War(2018). This game took a franchise I loved and changed everything about it from the gameplay to Kratos character and I loved everything about it. This game has a great small scale(in comparison to the rest of the franchise) story and the gameplay is perfect. The late game lacked bosses but the after game was great. 100% completion is very achievable but could be hard in the hardest difficulty. 2. The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. This game is so crazy with such a great story line and the best side quest I’ve ever seen. Some of it didn’t age well, but I’m still in love with it. The NPC’s of this game are the best and some case the weirdest and funniest I’ve ever seen. The Shivering Isles is the best expansion I’ve ever played, even rivalling the game. Some of the gameplay and graphics aspects didn’t aged well for sure, but I still enjoy it for what it is. 1. Kingdom Hearts 2.5 final mix. This is my favourite game. The hardest difficulty(critical) is sick. This game also has 80+ bosses! Only 10 percent of it didn’t aged as good as the rest of it, but those parts are still passable to me. 100% completion could be a bit hard, but very satisfying!!

Modnation Racers is my favorite Kart racer of all-time. While Kingdom Hearts is my 2nd favorite game of all-time......KH2 probably doesn't even make my top 25. I enjoyed it very much, but it just doesn't stand up to the first KH, imo. Other than that... we definitely share different tastes in video games lol. So I can't really comment on anything else on your list. Respect for putting your list out there though :).
Glad to see Nioh 2 on this list. I also enjoy it far more than the Souls games. I can't get more than a few playthroughs of a single Soulsborne game without getting bored due to the lack of any kind of interesting combat system. But with Nioh 2, I have like 1,500 hours in it already. The combat has so much depth that I always feel like I'm growing and learning as a player even after all this time. Its skill ceiling rivals any complex character action game like Devil May Cry 5 or God Hand. If I were to ever make a top 20 list of my all-time favorite games, Nioh 2 would definitely be in there as well.
Nioh 2 does have the superior combat system, but I think the Souls games are better in pretty much everything else. My main gripes with Nioh 2 are ones that also apply to Nioh 1. Too many repeated boss/enemy encounters, too many side missions that reuse the same levels over and over, cases of artificial difficulty (although they improved upon this from Nioh 1), inventory is hard to manage due to a surplus of items, and overall the length of the game feels kinda bloated and it gets repetitive. Nioh 2 definitely improved on a lot of things, but there’s room for even more improvement. Take the phenomenal combat system and boss fights of Nioh 2 and put it in a more concise game with unique bosses, enemies, and levels with little to no reusing stuff, and it’d be fantastic.
@@zaynthemane I would love a game that had the atmosphere and level design of dark souls and the combat system of Nioh 2; however, I am very split on the fundamental progression systems. I replay Souls games for the environment, the artistic design of levels and enemies, and the journey if you will. But you don't really ever replay Nioh 2 as the endgame mirrors loot based games like diablo, borderlands, the division, monster hunter world, etc. It is repetitive, but it was never meant to be a go from A to B type of game like other Souls games. It's not a journey, it's more like training at a gym. I very much disagree with the artificial difficulty part, but I do agree that the menus and UI are quite dense and not the easiest to manage.
I thought a Souls game was going to be in there. I suppose Nioh and KH2 are similar enough. I haven’t played any Fire Emblem or Danganronpa, but our lists are comparable with the exception of Resident Evil 4 and Breath of the Wild. I’m a big fan of Ori and Hollow Knight, and I’ve recently been playing through all of the Kingdom Hearts’ games. Birth By Sleep is very underrated.

Wow, no FromSoftware or Zelda games? Weird. But thank you to not mention games like Witcher, Final Fantasy etc. You have few good games in your top 20.
Surprised there wasn't one Fromsoft game on there, but to each thier own, good list over all. Also, I'm pretty sure silksong is an elaborate hoax by the developers lol.
i bought modnation racers and played that shit day one but the loading screens murdered my enjoyment this list goes hard as fuck thanks i have new must plays
I'm actually really sad that not a single FromSoft game made its way on this list...that's how I found your channel and I get that none of them might be in your top 5 but not a single one made it to top 20? damn that's harsh...
I was surprised, but there is some bias there for me since they are my childhood lol. A lot of people's favorite games end up being what they played in their childhood and loved
This game has modern masterpieces that are often overlooked. The inclusion of games like Nioh 2, Sly Cooper and Fire Emblem shows that this man is a REAL gamer who loves and cares about the medium. No pretentious movietrash bs like Last of Us or nu-GoW that tend to constitute every list.

So I watched this video yesterday and decided to see how much Monster Sanctuary was on Switch and turns out it was on sale. Instant buy.
Nice video! 👍
No fromsoft was shocking but glad to see kh2 and damn I gotta play 3 houses soon
Kingdom hearts 2 is still my favorite resident evil 4 is a very very close second though

Dude one after the other. I agreed with every point made
Brilliant list made by a true gamer
Sly 2 is markedly better than 3. Probably close in terms of gameplay but the story of Sly 1 and 2 made a perfect duology while 3 was pretty forgettable.
The Last of Us, Persona 5, Kingdom Hearts 1-2, Witcher 3 are my winners
I think about two listed here surprised me, I’m surprised super Mario odyssey isn’t on the list but I’m sure he was a close contender!
*If you could only play 3 of these games for the rest of your life, which 3 would you pick??* 🕵
It’s releasing within a window of a year and we got an XBOX Game Pass trailer in June of this year
You should try Shadow hearts if you still have a ps2/ps3.
This list was one surprise after the other damn
Up Your Arsenal will always be my favorite Ratchet and Clank
i bought modnation racers and played that shit day one but the loading screens murdered my enjoyment
this list goes hard as fuck thanks i have new must plays
You better still be loving my dead grandmother at #1.
Dang, not a single Souls game. I’m surprised.
Personally I love Lightborn and Terraria
MIGHT AND MAGIC!!!!i THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE! :)
Love to see some DOS2 appreciation, have you thought about doing a playthrough of Baldur's Gate 3 when that comes out? I'd definitely watch :D
I forgot that I own Three Houses, perhaps me give it another chance
I personally liked the Spider-Man game more, but that's probably because I prefer Spider-Man 🤣
I'm actually really sad that not a single FromSoft game made its way on this list...that's how I found your channel and I get that none of them might be in your top 5 but not a single one made it to top 20? damn that's harsh...
I was surprised, but there is some bias there for me since they are my childhood lol. A lot of people's favorite games end up being what they played in their childhood and loved
Shut up, drone
Great list but dude where’s our beloved salt and sanctuary ????
My favorite game is tag I love fling with my friends that
We have very similar tastes
Recommend digital devil saga duology on ps2
Yay! Spyro love
You need to try to get into Sekiro again. It's the best game ever
In ur opinion. I prefer Bloodborne
If the next fire emblem isn’t just essentially Three Houses 2 it’s gonna be a huge disappointment to me
No zelda? :( Horizon Zero Dawn and forbidden west are also amazing
LFG new vid
Elden ring and genshin seem to take up a lot of your time though
Exposed
As far as I know, he hasn't played Genshin in months because he eventually realized how predatory the game is.
No borderlands :(
amazing how the top 5 are available on switch. truly is a remarkable console
Where’s Persona?
Kinda want to see a worst list
Switch Batman for spider man 2 on ps2 and your racing game for crash team racing and I agree with alot ;)
Cornball list
No botw?!?!? My fav game of all time.
Nah I prefer Wind Waker even if I do love botw I just can put it over my all time favourite
Interesting how ori and hollow knight are in the top 20, but no metroid…Not hating. Just interesting.
Bruh it takes like 35 hours to beat FE3H on your first run.
Nioh 2 is just sooo good.
any list of best games where Hollow Knight is not top 1 is wrong on so many levels.
I dont care about people choices this Game is the peak of human race skills/art
anyway nice vid :)
dreadful
Damn I’m looking everywhere but I just can’t seem to find who asked
This is a sad SONY list.
Crash Bandicoot? Spyro?
The wannabes for the uncultured of the PSX's great mainstream uptake.
No one asked
Wait what’s wrong with reignited trilogy 🫤
Nothing don’t understand why he said that I consider it definitive why to plan spyro these days
