A good looking addition to your pistol. As a old man with carpal tunnel syndrome, as pretty as wood grips are, if you can't hang on to the gun, what good is pretty? Rubber grips is the solution for me. At least I can hang on to the gun. This fact improves accuracy every time for me.
I finally purchased this wood grip after months of waiting for EAA to have them in stock for my 4inch windicator. I also polished her up and she looks like a mirror lol.

.38 S+P are rated less than .357 .
With that being said, it would have no problem shooting the load.
