This water issue has been ongoing for about three years and it's uncalled for. The U.S. can send troops to another country and build infrastructure and provide clean water for hundreds of thousands of people that sometimes don't even want the United States there. Remember hurricane Katrina and how the people were allowed to suffer and die. They were bused to different cities and they never made it back home because they were destroyed and they never received money to rebuild. The president has the responsibility to take care of every state. If a governor can't do the job then the federal government needs to come in.
