What's the link to get this Lee die from NOE to use the bushings in the APP? NOE's new site is a mess and I haven't been there in awhile. I just looked under "Sizing Tools" and can't seem to find it anywhere.
@@FullLeadTaco So this is jus the die that allows us to use the NOE bushings. Correct? Still need to purchase separate bushings. Do the bushings come with the push rod or are they separate also?
@@marcb2k correct, that is the die that allows you to use NOE bushings. You can order whichever sizes of bushings and push rods that you need. Lots of custom sizes available.

I was looking everywhere for an APP press , After watching this video I found one at NOE , I bought the NOE press stand also. I love it . I have done it all with this press . One great feature is with the primer pocket swagger I can easily sort out .45 acp brass with small primer pockets and not blow myself up ! Thanks for posting this video. I don't resize bullet, but I do de-prime a lot and bulge bust when I need to. I also have the swage kit on order. Apparently it is touring Texas because according to UPS, it made it to Houston (near me), but now it is back in Dallas! :(
I had one of the first APP presses. Love this little press. I will be putting up a video hopefully today with mine. I will show the Inline Fab roller handle attached and my new case/bullet feeder. I have many videos of the press on my channel. Great video Taco.
I will take a look. One of the worries of the roller handle with the current "arms" is that if you put it on the right side, there is a little torque on the right side instead of the pressure going straight down.
Nice vid - I like the way it was set up. I hate it when guys want to bore you to death with too much talk at the beginning. I just picked up this press and after only a couple days I love it already.
Writing around Christmas 2021, would appear that NOE is having trouble keeping up. I see what appears to be the APP adapter you used in the video, and I see the bushings. Still would appreciate your input, for when the supply catches up.

@@DK_6.5 the 45-70 usually uses different powders than the 458 socom, but some powders transfer over. 458 socom is more similar to the 300 blk when it comes to powders.
I just found out about this a couple days ago. I just converted 2000 LC blanks to 300 blackout. I really wish I knew about this because it would have been sweet for the forming and primer pocket swaging.
If you inverter the brace of the press, you can put the rolling handle in the center of brace, will be very strong and robust grip from how to you use now. Try dude, is simple, fast and cheap upgrade!

Do you think there is enough leverage to swage or size a 0000 buck pellet at .380. To .308 or .314? Anyone with experience? I'm attempting to do gallery loads.
Hey Taco, thanks for the video, well done review. Question, do you lube your bullets prior to sizing? I’ve taken to using case lube on the bullets prior to sizing to smooth out the process and eliminate galling. Thoughts?
I have done that but in general what I found makes it really big difference is the level of surface finish on the sizing die. A little slit rod of smaller diameter then your dye and some thousand grits sandpaper with oil on it in a drill for a minute or two will make that a nice high polish on the inside. You can feel the difference when you're sizing.
