Thank you Disney for not replacing or ruining any of the original dark rides at Fantasyland. It would be nice, however, if you could have a similar level of loyal dedication for the Magic Kingdom.
Going here tomorrow, and oh my god I’m SO EXCITED! I go to Disney World all the time, and I’m a huge fan of Disney history, so this is a dream come true.
I clearly remember in the 80's, you used to crash with a train!! The headlight would go above your head..that was one of the most thrilling memories of my childhood.
What's weird is that I actually watched the short movie this ride is based on, "The Wind in the Willows", and there was no Hell segment in the movie. So I'm honestly wondering where that came from.
De seguro a los imaginers se les ocurrió, hey hay que poner una parte donde los niños puedan ver el infierno gracias a conducir ebrios y morir aplastados por un tren 😃
Went to Disney world when I was about 5 or 6 and cried on this ride. I told my mom there was the devil in there but she ain't really believe me because my older sister snd cousins didn't care lmao that crap is so weird. Makes you wonder about Disney.
This is spectacular! 🐸 Most video creators use a gimbal that works too well and smooths out all the bumps and shakes. On this recording I can actually “feel” the ride! 🚘 Also, it’s cool how the Inferno room fogged up your camera 😂 love rainy days!
Who here remembers mention of this ride from one of those early Disney World promos, like, say, on the original release of _The Lion King_ home video? BIG BROTHER: "Number two (thing to remember about Walt Disney World): Don't eat right before you go into Mr. Toad's Wild Ride." Looks like that then-boy WASN'T KIDDING!!!! IT'S DOWNRIGHT SPEEDY AT PARTS, ESPECIALLY WHERE SPINNING IS INVOLVED!
Mr. Toad’s wild ride meaning. This ride tells the story of someone living in sin and for this world. They are so focused on having a great time in their sin that they ignore all the warning signs of danger, they wreck havoc on those around them, and then end up going to Hell. Sin is so deadly and leads people to Hell, but Jesus has made a way to be forgiven of our sin. He brings forgiveness, a transformed life, and Heaven. But those who continue in their sin and reject Jesus will spend eternity in The Lake of Fire. Throughout this ride people plead with you to stop doing such things and to turn back before it is too late. They purposely turn up the heat inside the room that depicts Hell. This gives you a taste of what Hell will be like if you go there.
Hell will be nothing like how we think it is. In fact, what we call "Hell" is probably self-made. Think about it. Would it make sense for God to torture souls when he can just send them away? We create our own destiny. If you live a life being kind and virtuous, you will spend eternity with others like you, and you will be fulfilled and happy. Conversely, if you like drugs, hookers, and gambling, you will spend eternity with like people. The fire and brimstone "Hell" is a fallacy.

I had no trouble with this attraction when I was a kid back when Disneyland had its 40th Anniversary 27 years ago. The Satan Judge and the other scary supernatural beings scared the **** out of me back then and I'm not afraid of them anymore.
The ride really does an amazing effect at the part when Mr. Toad goes to hell. The room in that particular area feels like it’s around 100 degrees Fahrenheit or something so it really does feel like you’re in hell. Talk about realism
This ride terrified me as a child. It's all good until you're about to get hit by the train and end up in hell. I cant tell you how much that last part of the ride scared me to my core.
As a kid I thought that these were incredible, long, experiences that feel like your in the world the of that cartoons or whatever. Now that I'm older these dark rides are very different than what I remember. I wish it at least used animatronics instead of the flat cutouts.
This is my favorite ride at disneyland, not only because of nostalgia but also because you literally end the ride in hell! as a satanist I absolutely love this ride :)
The perfect child’s ride, drunk driving, getting sent to prison, dying and going to hell
We need more Hell-themed rides in theme parks
I love how this ride is just about going on a crazy car trip, then going to hell.
The end.
beautiful
Well...that took a dark turn
A literal dark turn
Drunk Driving Simulator
No matter how insane it is, it’s a classic ride nonetheless
Ever since they replaced the Black light tubes with Black light LEDS, the ride has looked soooo good!
Do you know when they did that? I knew something looked different, but I never thought about that
When did they do that the ride seems really up dated since I was there in 2015
Bring back, Mr. Toad's Wild Ride to Disney World's Magic Kingdom

why do you say “used to”? you still do, in fact the ride has barley been touched at all since the 80’s
It's in there. Watch again
I actually kinda like the hell room, it’s nice and steamy
Especially when it’s cold outside, the heat was really nice
I miss this ride, I remember pretending to drive the car with my little brother.
I remember going on this ride it's absolutely hilarious for the first time you go on it
Thanks Jacob Drawfee! It's exactly as you described it!
this was one of my fav rides at disneyland
My favorite ride of all time.

Wow! That is so different than the Disney World one was back in the day... some similarities but different than I remember...

I had never seen it that steamy in there!!
Thank you for the nice words!
They definitely made the hell scene more steamy, fogged up my glasses when I rode it!

@@Geego23675 That would certainly be hell. Imagine the torment.
Or you know... maybe it's about the book "The Wind in the Willows," hence the motorcars, the weasels, and you know... Toad Hall.
Thanks for the great footage
The they change the ride..little bit..it's still a very cute ride.
😎😇💜
I can FEEL the hell scene on this ride. When I rode a few days ago it was HOT in there 🥵👹
The parody version of this would be “Mr. Chode’s wild ride”
I hate going to Hell on MR Toad at Disneyland

My dad used to love the ride at Disney World and he was very upset when it closed to be replaced by Winnie the Pooh.

There's a video on RUclips where the ride breaks down during the Hell sequence and it's quite terrifying
This ride is excellent, but it is so short! They should make it four times the length 😊😊
All Dogs Go to Hell is also a solid ride
This reminds me of the new ride at six flags, pirates of splunker cave.
I went on this ride with my oldest sister and it scared the crap out of her.
Stefan Henry-Biskup said he was inspired by this ride to create his work, The DynaMandala
I just realized this is based on wind in the willows
I got to do an in show exit for this ride once.
yep. FMW News sent me here

The Wind in the Willows.
Read it.
The Magic Kingdom He Was Handing The Deed To Owl
As long as they're updating rides, they should get rid of the day-glo-painted cutout characters and add some dimensionality.
nah. the cutouts are not only historic but are gorgeously painted to boot.
Realizing I’ve never really been on this ride. The line is always super long.
2:05 Ahhh…WEAK! You can still see that crashing after-effect there. 😠
Such a happy, silly Disney ride about dying and going to hell.
I was TERRIFIED of this ride when I was younger
Remember: always drive carefully, or you’re going to Hell
The reason why I never want to go to that ride cause I make jokes about it.
Creepy ride a long time ago
Does this ride get hot inside when you go through hell?
Yes it’s heated
The whole room is heated and smells like burned pancakes
why is it so bright lol
This is my absolute least favorite ride at Disney land. Always skipping it 😂
2:05 okay enough is enough THERE WAS NO TRAIN IN THE ORIGINAL STORY AND DON’T SAY POETIC LICENSE
LOL can anyone guess what that’s from! 😂
