Janice De Belen's Tomato Garlic Sauce | Episode 1

- Tomato Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
Really Red Tomatoes
Minced Garlic
Garlic Salt or Plain Salt
Black Pepper
Brown Sugar
Good quality Olive Oil
Heat Olive Oil in pan
Add Garlic. Simmer on very low heat for about one minute. Make sure garlic does not burn.
Add diced tomatoes and slightly increase fire.
Add sugar, salt and pepper.
Leave to simmer for about 20 minutes.
Use as desired.

Shared this to my husband who loves cooking... twice done already in our household! Instant HIT siya especially with our 2 youngsters (21 yo and 19 yo). Great tasting and healthy sauce to store for those emergencies. You only need to have spare pasta or bread in your kitchen cupboards... have had them when we want to have a break from “carnivorous “ meals. Just added cheese and basil leaves and BINGO!
