I was diagnosed with Nonalcoholic fatty liver about 10 years ago. I was drinking 2-3 2 liter bottles of soda every day which was the root cause. I stopped drinking soda, ran 2 hours per day and lost 50 LBs..... and fatty liver disappeared after a couple years. Haven't had a recurrence of fatty liver since then even though I eat anything I want, just do it in moderation.
I needed to hear this. I was told I had fatty liver yesterday and I am only 33. What really rang true and scary was the doctor saying my liver was so much bigger than normal.
This has helped me too. I'm glad that you don't need to drastically change eating habits, just eat less of everything and maybe avoid the bigger foods risks. I've dropped bacon from my diet now. I'm not touching it for a least the time being, however long that is.
I cured mine on a WFPB (whole food plant based) lifestyle! Plus, my cholesterol and blood pressure came into better than normal range. I am on no medications, and feel 10 years younger.
@@mariceladosamantes1682 no shouldn’t. Potatoes are high carbohydrates food that is glucose. No rich. No flour. No starch. No corn. No carrot. No salt. No sugar. No bread. No wheat and no whole meal too. No fruits too ! Just temporary. I reversed my fatty liver in 5 weeks. Just boiled veggies and white meats. And no food after 7pm. Fasting till next day lunch. So ur body hunger can burn off the fat around the liver. Which exercising are less effecting than fasting.
Thanks for the portion control awareness. Very well said friend, I think that’s amazing.. reallyThanks for pushing forward escrow what’s up my friend I think that’s amazing really thanks for pushing me forward
I cured my NA fatty liver in weeks by cutting way back on carbohydrates. Looking back, I was a serious carb junky. I eat only real food now...not processed fake foods.
Laugh To Live do intermittent or alternate day fasting ,eat max two meals of very low carb diet including leafy vegetables ,no snacking between meals and NO Processed foods
@@vipul962 Fast walking for 30 minutes a day, and eat nothing but vegetables and lean meats chicken fish. Throw out any carbs in your home don't buy anymore always have vegetables on hand for snacking. When ever you get the urge for carbs grab bag of carrots, or what ever you like. The key is to keep low carb stuff on hand to grab it quick before you think about eating high carb snacks always keep something with you when your out. What I used to do was not eat and get super hungry and then eat a ton of carbs.
I did my blood test yesterday after 5 weeks of 100% no carbohydrates no sugar no fruits no starch no red meat diet. My Liver panel test result shown AST , ALT , GGT level all perfect! Far from its top range. Just 5 weeks. My fatty liver is reversed to healthy normal. I lost 4-5kg just from dieting and stop eating after 7pm till next day lunch. 2 meals a day. Only boiled using water, steam Fish , tofu , cabbage broccoli veggies , chicken breast , black coffee no sugar for afternoon lunch and green tea no sugar during evening dinner not later than 7pm. After 7pm I fast till next day lunch 12pm. The fasting time is extremely important as this time allows digestion and some hunger which makes our body burn the fat within without exercising. Exercising barely able to reach the fat around our liver. So fasting is the effective way. I had No milk (contain high fat and high sugar) . No snacks. No all kind of bread which still are carbohydrates. No cake. No biscuits. No rice. No noodles. No fruits especially as it’s fructose are directly process only by our liver! Just 5 weeks and fatty liver is back to normal with proven liver function blood test compared to my previous test result 5 weeks ago. I feel very lively light and positive. I lost 5kg. Also My cholesterol and sugar level were also extremely good blood test result! I m looking way younger and my body is nicer too. I m 33 years old male. Non smoker non alcoholic. Didn’t work in a toxic environment. I didn’t exercise. But I ate much rice , fatty red meat, and milk and cookies and fruits. I slept late before. Now I kicked those bad habit n bad diet. After recovered from fatty liver, I continue my way of eating n fasting n sleeping time. I reintroduced some healthy carbohydrates back into my diet. Such as some corn carrot , some wheat bread, a little potatoes. Please make sure u do not overdo it. I really mean only some. Lack of discipline and taking it for granted will cause regrets. I’m sharing for mankind and for those who were helpless from useless doctors. And I’m sharing in memory of my late father who passed away due to end stage liver disease.
Congratulations on reversing your fatty liver. I was just diagnosed today but I must admit I eat very bad and live a very sedentary life. I just started walking today. I’m 5’5 and 241 pounds, female 😬😬😬. My dad also died from liver cancer and was an alcoholic. I don’t drink but have a food addiction. Thank you for the advice, hopefully I too can reverse my fatty liver!
Hello guys, to reversed fatty liver is a easy thing..I was a fatty liver patients(grade 1 due to alcohol and lots of oily food). But I reversed it in 6 weeks....just follow diz and I can guarantee you that your liver will be reversed. Avoid oily food, junk food, meat, alcohol, cold drinks, sweet, outside food, white rice and packaging food.... Eat lots of... Veggitable Fruits( avocado, banana and grapes) Regular exercise(football is the best excercise) Drink warm water in the morning. Diz is what I did and my liver is reversed now.. fatty liver is nothing but it's just saying u to eat healthy and stay healthy.
I was told I had some fat on my liver but that it wasn't at any kind of serious stage. I lost over 70 pounds anyway and have been getting at least 40 minutes of aerobic exercise every day. I hope that keeps me in the clear.
Avoid REFINED carbs, but still eat them so long as they come from real food like vegetables. Very lean meats....that means very low amounts of saturated fat. Not simply a low carb diet.
Not according to studies that have shown that Statins cause fatty liver. Statins also cause blood sugar increase and type 2 diabetes. Don't take a pill that causes the same thing that you are trying to fix. Do your research on statins and stay healthy.
Thanks for the information.. I'm not satisfied to my doctor he told me no medicine for my fatty liver now I understands. Thank you for sharing watching from Dubai

You don’t NEED to do keto if you don’t want to. It’s more about making smart decisions in the day. Less processed carbs and sugars. less processed bread (choose whole grain, spelt, rye, etc.), less sugar (fizzy drinks, sweet refined cookies, biscuits, cakes) More fruit, a lot more veg. Less meat, or cut meat. What ever your choice is. I prefer a veg diet. Edit: Agreed with exercise and kinda with alcohol. Just don’t drink lots. A pint once a week isn’t going to hurt. Just don’t over do it, same with everything else. You don’t want to punish yourself, or else you’ll fall back into eating crap.
@@jeneral-jeff8402 Whole, spelt and rye are still bread, still carbs. Best to cut it all out if you have fatty liver already. One either wants to fix their liver r not. To suggest it is "punishing" oneself to give up carbs that turn to sugar, including and especially alcohol, is ridiculous. You either change your mindset, or continue to make your liver worse. So, yes, a ketogenic type diet is completely necessary.
forcommenting I did say eat less sugar and processed carbs. Which includes whole grains, spelt and rye. I was implying that you eat less of it all in favour for my fibrous foods like fruit and veg. Also, i don’t want to cut out carbs. I like the, and we have been eating them for thousands of years. I’m not going to over indulge myself in them because I understand moderation. I also think eating foods high in cholesterol isn’t the way to go either. Unless you exercise daily and in huge amounts. Think before we had processed carbs. Humans run around hunting for food, maybe fast for a few days as you had nothing. Then kill something big, high calorie/high cholesterol food which would sustain for a few days to find the next meal. We would burn off those calories and cholesterol. But if you aren’t active, it will just build up.
@@BetterMe981 Yes , mindset is critical. And for those with obesity it's all about the hormones. First you have to get the insulin under control by cutting out ALL high carb foods and adding more fat to the diet makes that much easier.
A study a few yrs back used a keto diet in obese patients with Fatty liver disease. Within two weeks they had reduced the fatty liver disease 43%. No medicine for this yet so best bet is to lose weight, eat better, exercise and research for the best supplements that can help.

Being diagnosed with Cancer has been a major loss of money and has caused major problems in my immune system, but when I came across Dr. Osaka on RUclips Channel and he recommended his herbal medicine I got completely cured of Cancer.
Thank you so much for your advice Dr My liver fat just started now and I’m pregnant 6 months what can I do I am so worried please give me some advice thank you very much Doctor
Hello Dr I have a esophageal varices caused by stage 4 fibrosis they want to do a Tips procedure I have a question I have been reading up on the procedure and one of the drawbacks is that your liver could die from it is this a concern that I should have or is this very rare? All my blood test are normal and my hepatologist says my liver is functional.
I am 63, 6 foot, and 180-182 pounds. I have low cholesterol, I have low-normal blood sugar, and I have never been diabetic. I am very active. I might have a lite beer every month and a bottle of wine in a year's time. I don't eat many sweets. My liver tests are all well within normal range. Yet, I was found to have a lot of fat in my liver during a scan for another reason--A LOT OF FAT. I lost weight--from 213 to 203 to 180. I am getting almost there. Next December (2024) I will have another ultrasound. Follow a good diet as indicated by the Doctor above. I now know why I have had chronic fatigue over the last 20-25 years. Good luck.
I enjoyed your video and thanks for sharing. Can medications cause fatty liver or working with many gallons of Xylene daily for years. I have heard it can be absorbed through the skin and distort fat.?
Thank you for this informative video, Doctor! My MRI came back with an enlarged liver (17 cm) and fatty liver. I am a female in my mid-40’s. I am not overweight, I don’t drink alcohol or soda/sugary drinks. I don’t eat gluten, and I do eat lots of fruit. My diet doesn’t have enough vegetables. I do take a lot of anti inflammatory medication. My liver enzymes are perfect. My cholesterol and blood sugar are normal and had always been normal. What is required for the fatty liver diagnosis? Aside from decreasing fruit and increasing vegetables, is there anything else I can do? Are liver enzymes supposed to be impacted for this diagnosis or is the MRI itself sufficient enough?
So I'm writing a research paper on this (due in 2 weeks). As far as diagnosis, what I found was that there has to be high levels of fat in the liver (not in your blood or body fat even though those can be predictors of NAFLD). The presence of just high levels of fat in the liver is simply called NAFL (Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver) and is the first stage of NAFLD. The second stage of NAFLD is called Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH). All NASH means is that there is inflammation of the liver. Some of the comments mention having a larger than normal liver. They most likely have NASH. Those are the only two stages of NAFLD but NASH can turn into Fibrosis (build up of scar tissue in the liver) and then Cirrhosis (liver failure from the scar tissue). That's all I got for you.
Help me. I’m 32 female postpartum 6months. 3rd baby. Overweight now wasn’t before, when I was married. I’m 220ish. fasting A1C panel came back everything normal but AST U/L 68 and ALT U/L 146. Where do I start ??? I don’t eat full meals will drink a lot of sweeten coffee though and something with it. I need to do better. I need a better version of me. Help.

I have fatty liver disease. I don't drink and I have started eating much better. Is there blood work that I can have done to see if my liver is getting better?
I'm no doctor but from what I'm aware of you can get a blood test and the results tell the doctor if you have abnormal liver enzymes. Then through an ultrasound (there is also other methods I believe) the doctor can tell how many fat cells there are in the liver and how many normally functioning liver cells there are. Suggesting that this could be a way for you to see progress?
Thank you for responding. I had the ultrasound months ago, I do have insuance but I have to pay a percentage. So that is way I wanted a cheaper way to see if I'm doing better or if the liver is getting better. Thank you again
Kudos for the video content! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would love your thoughts. Have you tried - Millawdon Fatty Liver Trick (probably on Google)? It is a smashing one off product for learning how to reverse fatty liver minus the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my friend after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical results with it.
Excellent Video! Sorry for chiming in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you thought about - Millawdon Fatty Liver Trick (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for learning how to reverse fatty liver minus the headache. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my work buddy at very last got great results with it.
Based on the functionality of metabolic pathways, I would think that diabetes and obesity would be a symptom of NAFLD not the cause. The cause would be what what causes high blood sugar and overweight... which would be excess carbohydrates , sugars, and processed foods.
I was diagnosed with hereditary hemochromatosis last year. My liver was inflamed (liver enzymes were up). I have a very fatty liver, too. I gained 30 lbs last year because of the HH as I had zero energy from winter 2017 to Summer 2018. I sat on the couch because I could not move due to that lack of energy. After several phlebotomies, my liver enzymes are down (thank God), and I feel so much better. Now, I just need to lose that weight that I gained last year. FYI, the liver biopsy hurt like hell because of that inflammation. The anesthesia didn't help at all. That was the worst pain that I've ever felt.
I actually did start Weight Watchers 01/01/2022. I have lost over 30 pounds since then! I would have lost more, but tragedy has struck my family this month (my house caught fire, and I lost everything, including getting fired from my job a week later, not to mention grandma’s mental health deterioration).
Hi! Can someone from John Hopkins answer some ?'s here... My blood is normal, ultrasound said fatty liver.. My liver area is tight and uncomfortable so I'm worried more is going on. Would an mri be better at detection?
Shawna, it is really hard to provide meaningful insights via this form of communication, as everyone's medical situation is different. You can read up more on a MRI and why one is typically used bit.ly/2uGtmbb, e.g. MRI is better at telling the difference between types of soft tissues and between normal and abnormal soft tissues. Here is more information on the use of ultrasound as well: bit.ly/1GrsKXq. We recommend you note these additional concerns to your provider. Hope this is helpful.
My bloodwork.was always good. I just had an ultrasound which showed i have mild fatty liver. I do believe it was worse before. I have completely changed my eating for 14 months now and have lost 50 pounds.
My friend's grand father was suffering from liver disease from last 3 years. He moved to ayurveda and took medicine from planet ayurveda. Now he is feeling good.
Coffe is awesome for your liver. Some studies say it helps lower triglycerides and protect the liver from cirrhosis. However if younabuse tour body eventually it catches up
I had a CT scan with contrast done. I saw this notation in the results: The liver is uniformly enhancing and mildly hypodense with gallbladder fossa sparing. What does that mean? My doctor did not explain it to me.
My mother has pain in her liver from last 5-6 days... Plz help me out ... What could it be? I will be very thankful for you... Pain is increasing day by day...
Faboulous K She needs to get to a doctor ASAP. Liver pain that is increasing like that is a very dangerous and final sign. I’d take her to the ER if you can’t get into see her Primary today
its been kore than 8 months since i was diagnosed w echo texture and i think it just developed to fatty liver. can someone tell me if i can still reverse my fatty liver or i should just wait for liver failure?
I've just been diagnosed with Medorate fatty Liver Parechyma ( 🤷♂) and moderate fatty pancreas. Had to have two didn't I. I've no idea of it's alcohol related or not. It's been two weeks and no one as talked to be about it. Just posted the info on my patient record and letters back and forth asking for recommendatons and recommending further scans or different scan. Whether that relates to the another problem i have with the right kidney (heamorragic cyst) or scanning of all three organs is required, again 🤷♂ Thiss video is helpful and I'm starting to make changes to diet.

I had an ultrasound recently and was told that I have a fatty liver. I’ve been doing keto and IF for 4 years. I haven’t drank alcohol in four years. I’m 195 pounds and 6’2”. All my blood work came back in range. I don’t understand. Any thoughts.
I've been on the Keto diet for 10 months, lost 40 lbs and was told today I have a fatty liver and enlarged spleen, go figure, I'm scheduling with my doctor further tests to figure out what is going on.
Yeah, all that extra saturated fats and cholesterol for years is probably to blame. Keto is a good short term way to lose weight. Long term may not be safe
I agree with allencrider.. Also the doctor contradicts himself by saying in the beginning that high cholesterol causes fatty liver disease. In the end he advises people to eat lean meats (high in cholesterol too).
Get off processed foods to get triglycerides lowered. And remember, your body does make its own cholesterol. A med doc would never suggest it, but diatomaceous earth is a great way to detox body so the liver can better filter out the right types of choles.
Can someone answer me this. I just got diagnosed with Non Fatty Liver and they found it when I was and still is experiencing back pain and side pain(left side) and I think this may be the cause of it. Is this a possibility? It’s getting so bad I can’t sleep much and barely eat. When I eat it causes my back to spasm which causes massive pain. So I barely eat because each bite and swallow causes this pain.
You all should contact Doctor Salami on Instagram salami_healing_herbs. for any cure I just got cured from Fatty Liver using his herbal med. All thanks to him..
I have been diagnosed with Fatty Liver disease, grade 2 or 3. I am very depressed now. Can anyone tell me how can I reverse the fatty liver? I live in Bangladesh where most foods are carbs and suger.

All I know is all my life I have experienced symptoms of both acidity and base levels being high. When I use to drink or needed antibiotics my alt went to 65 back down now to 26. I have had craps and gout my entire life and always thought I was not getting enough potassium. I recently did a follow up test and my anion gap was 4. All I know is avoiding drugs and alcohol and 1/4 lemon in my smoothie has changed my life. I remember in high school my doctor was concerned about my low weight but I still had a little flab which was fluid from my liver. 4 days straight with the lemon and my gut is really clearing up. My upper abdomen right under ribs will swell out. On omperzole with no relief Seems to be when I eat fatty foods. I don’t have a gallbladder . Just wondering
vivek shah Here...I copied and pasted for you. But I would recommend looking for good doctors on RUclips and elsewhere that teach about keto. Dr. Ken Berry has a great RUclips channel. Look at his videos on Fatty Liver...he has at least two. Here’s my previous comment: Leslie Hi Leslie. I have NASH (non-alcoholic steatohepatitis), which is fatty liver disease that has progressed to scarring of my liver. (DIagnosed by biopsy.) I had LOTS of burning pain in the liver area for YEARS, which the gastro doctors kept telling me could not be from my liver, even though that is exactly where the pain was. I had my gallbladder removed 20 years ago. The pain was similar to a gallbladder attack, but obviously could not be my gallbladder. No gastro doctor or hepatologist had any recommendations for me as to what kind of diet I should use to fix my liver. Just, “lose weight.,” or “try weight watchers.” Well, I couldn’t lose weight no matter what I did. I tried Weight Watchers, and the standard low-fat, “healthy whole-grain”, high vegetable diet that we have all been told to eat for years, and I couldn’t lose an ounce. I even went vegetarian and finally vegan, and still felt horrible and couldn’t lose weight. After years and years of feeling miserable, I talked to a Functional Medicine doctor, who suggested that I try a ketogenic diet. Keto was pretty much the exact opposite of everything I had ever been told to do, and it was a complete miracle for me. After cutting out all sugar, starch and vegetable oils and consuming only eggs, fatty meats, avocados, olive oil, butter, coconut oil, ghee, and lots of non-starchy vegetables and leafy greens, my liver improved tremendously. After only 9 months on a ketogenic diet, ALL of the fat in my liver was GONE. This has been confirmed by MRI and Fibroscan. I still have some scarring, but am hoping to heal that over time, or at least stop the progression. Vegetable oils are inflammatory (Crisco, canola, soybean, sunflower, etc. - clear oils in a bottle), but saturated fats (butter, ghee, coconut oil, the fat in eggs and meats) are not inflammatory and do NOT stress your liver. FAT does not cause fatty liver - sugar and carbohydrates do! I am proof positive of that. I ate tons of so-called “healthy” carbs for years (whole-grain breads, brown rice, quinoa, etc.) and my liver got worse and worse. Cutting out grains and sugar was the best thing I ever did for my liver. Research the ketogenic diet and give it a try. Don’t let the many uninformed doctors out there scare you and tell you keto is dangerous and will harm you. That is nonsense. It’s the sugar and carbs (including fruit) that are killing us and damaging our livers. I’ve been keto for 18 months now, and I am down 62.2 pounds so far and haven’t felt better in years. I was heading towards pre-diabetes, and now my fasting blood sugars are in the 60s! I wish you the best of luck with your liver condition. It IS fixable if you get all the sugar, carbohydrates and inflammatory oils out of your diet (that includes “vegetable oil,” seed oils, soybean oil, margarine, Crisco, etc.). Stick to real butter, ghee, coconut oil, avocado oil, and olive oil. Eat lot of eggs, with the yolks, which contain choline. Choline can help you get the fat out of your liver. I have at least two egg yolks per day. The food you can eat on keto is DELICIOUS, satisfying, and will heal your liver. I never thought I could do this...until I did! You don’t have to live with the fear of liver cancer or liver failure. You can fix this yourself, naturally. But don’t count on your traditional doctors to give you dietary advice. You will never get better that way, unfortunately. I had pain like yours for years, and no one could figure it out. I was scoped and no problem found with my stomach. It was all coming from my liver.
After taking highly refined fish oil I was diagnosed with fatty liver despite being non-diabetic and normal cholesterol. My scan from 5 years prior had shown no fatty liver. So it could be a possibility.
Hi Alexxx, you can learn more about detoxing your liver here: www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/articles-and-answers/prevention/detoxing-your-liver-fact-versus-fiction
Hereditary fructose intolerance Hereditary fructose intolerance is a serious type of fructose intolerance. However, it is treatable and manageable. It occurs when a person is unable to digest neither fructose nor fructose precursors, such as brown sugar. Those with hereditary fructose intolerance lack sufficient activity of an enzyme called fructose-1-phosphate aldolase, which helps digest fructose. The fructose then accumulates in the liver and kidneys, causing serious and potentially fatal complications, such as liver and kidney failure.
We are at a loss. My step daughter was diagnosed and already has scarring. She does not drink, cholesterol is great, has low blood sugar and eats a healthy diet. We can't seem to find guidance for what she should do! They act like they have never seen a case like her before. Any thoughts? The doctors sure don't have any.

Robin Garrett That story sounds similar to mine. Since I was diagnosed with fibrosis I was put on metformin and have gotten much stricter with my already healthy diet. I don’t eat fruit. I eat huge amounts of bitter greens in salads and beets. I use organic olive oil and lemon juice. I try to eat all organic and only 2x a day. No snacking. I drink lemon water and coffee. I am working to cut down all exposure to chemicals. I clean with vinegar water, use coconut oil for body lotion, no antiperspirant, etc. my bloodwork has improved drastically. I haven’t had follow up liver scans yet.
Need to write EVERYTHING she consumes and keep a diary...eventually you can find the culprit. This is what I did when I had stomach problems. Good luck
Daniel Marone...Totally agree! My Cholesterol levels are excellent: Triglycerides 95, Total Cholesterol 165, HDL 67, LDL 75 and I still developed Fatty Liver. Granted, I am overweight by 25 lbs and used to eat a lot of carbs and sugar. Have already lost 11lbs in 2 months which doesn't sound a lot but I have done it all by cutting out all sugary drinks like fruit juices(wasn't a soda drinker at all and don't drink alcohol) and have also greatly reduced my carb intake(having a hard time giving up bread and pasta completely).
What really rang true and scary was the doctor saying my liver was so much bigger than normal.
ran 2 hours per day is a loooooot. not sure I believe
@@taopaille-paille4992, I know people who exercise that much. Me, when I'm back to normal. A heart attack can be motivating.
This has helped me too. I'm glad that you don't need to drastically change eating habits, just eat less of everything and maybe avoid the bigger foods risks. I've dropped bacon from my diet now. I'm not touching it for a least the time being, however long that is.
How much did you weigh when you were diagnosed? I was just diagnosed today I’m 5’5 241 pounds and I’m a woman 😬😬😬
I cured mine on a WFPB (whole food plant based) lifestyle! Plus, my cholesterol and blood pressure came into better than normal range. I am on no medications, and feel 10 years younger.
What is whole food plant
Did you still eat potatoes on your plant based diet?
@@mariceladosamantes1682 no shouldn’t. Potatoes are high carbohydrates food that is glucose. No rich. No flour. No starch. No corn. No carrot. No salt. No sugar. No bread. No wheat and no whole meal too. No fruits too ! Just temporary. I reversed my fatty liver in 5 weeks. Just boiled veggies and white meats. And no food after 7pm. Fasting till next day lunch. So ur body hunger can burn off the fat around the liver. Which exercising are less effecting than fasting.

You have to eliminate all of the above mentioned they're terrible for the liver.

So basically you need to have a low-carb diet to reverse the NAFLD
Here's a great treatment for fatty liver if you're interested: hootadvice.com/best-fatty-liver-treatment/
You don’t NEED to do keto if you don’t want to. It’s more about making smart decisions in the day. Less processed carbs and sugars.
less processed bread (choose whole grain, spelt, rye, etc.), less sugar (fizzy drinks, sweet refined cookies, biscuits, cakes)
More fruit, a lot more veg.
What medications do you have to avoid?
Avoid aspirin and naproxen
ive been strict about saturated and trans fat, but less so about refined sugar. going to look into this more, thank you
A study a few yrs back used a keto diet in obese patients with Fatty liver disease. Within two weeks they had reduced the fatty liver disease 43%. No medicine for this yet so best bet is to lose weight, eat better, exercise and research for the best supplements that can help.

Your Doctor can do bloodwork. Mine showed up in a Common Blood Chemical annual physical test. AHT, ALT are your problem enzymes.

Based on the functionality of metabolic pathways, I would think that diabetes and obesity would be a symptom of NAFLD not the cause. The cause would be what what causes high blood sugar and overweight... which would be excess carbohydrates , sugars, and processed foods.
yep
Hi Linda! How’re you doing?

If your liver is enlarged then more than likely it sounds like it is the fatty liver any organ that is enlarged there’s something going on...Mine is also in large and also my spleen..So I’m following the recommendations that I have found on the different doctors here on RUclips and I am doing the Mediterranean diet as much as possible and I’ve cut out all junk food all soda etc..And also I found reverse a fatty liver and make it go down in size to lose weight and exercise aerobic exercise is the best and weightlifting
Liver enlargement is always serious because it can turn to cirrhosis if you don't change your diet.
Do not eat greasy food, not sugary food, stay away from red meat and white bread

Can you imagine if that was so divine interstellar travel genetic adaptation advantage to survive planets that where slightly more acidic or base?

Stone in my stomach I am the tree of life
For the free city of the great Crescent sea,
Which still carries the stone in its stomach,
The English fleet will come under the drizzle
To seize a branch, war opened by the great one.

No joke all my life gasping for air sporadically lightheaded sometimes standing up. If I was abused or did drugs the odder kicked in.
Does anyone have digestive issues with this? I was diagnosed with fatty liver , it was found during ultra sound trying to figure out why I have upper stomach pain, it’s a burning pain , not Gerd. My upper abdomen right under ribs will swell out. On omperzole with no relief Seems to be when I eat fatty foods. I don’t have a gallbladder . Just wondering
I face the same problem and i also get loose stool sometime dark stool
..i am recently diagnosed with NASH
vivek shah Read my comment, above. Keto saved my liver - and probably my life!
@@TheKiwibirder sorry dont see your comments......is there any website for keto diet plan for vegetarians
Kelly P. Thank you kelly!
vivek shah Here...I copied and pasted for you.
Is taking fish oil daily one factor in getting fatty liver?
Not good if you have low platelets.

STOP eating sugar (fructose) see on youtube CSF sugar panel for your answerl.
Hereditary fructose intolerance
Hereditary fructose intolerance is a serious type of fructose intolerance.

Good luck

High cholesterol has nothing to do with it. It's the garbage sugar and carbs.
And alcohol
