I don't know what I like better: The plugins themselves or the Worrall touch. Either way there's something about the prospect of a new FabFilter video in my subscription feed that excites me the way the prospect of cake might excite a fat kid.

spectrum grab is amazing and introducing the keyboard had me shout for joy. can't wait to get this. the only way i think you could improve for v3 is if you had the analyzer plugin built in to your own software, as others have noted for years. hope you do more proQ vids in the future. love this guy.
I hope they make a DAW in future years.
How about name it Fabulous Studio or Fab Studio ?
a DAW is a template for audio and midi recording
And can go up to 64bit engines., no need for Fabfilter to make a Daw

I've always been saying that FabFilter's Pro Q was one of the best EQ plugins around, but this is really over the top.. Can't wait to get my hands on it guys, good job!
The Pro-Q is my go-to eq, I use it on every track it seems. With Pro-Q 2, they added so many things I always wished was in Pro-Q 1, especially being able to adjust the slope of any targeted frequency, the little keyboard graphic, and being able to freeze peaks and and make points on them. Coolest ever. All of their stuff is the bomb, demo everything.
....I hope I have a big following one day JUST so I can get FabFilter as a sponsor.
This is the most impressive looking EQ I've ever seen. Can't wait to test it out.
I love the continuous smooth response to all input on the gui. It feels like hardware. I'm trying the demo version, and at first the plugin took a relatively long time to open and used a lot of cpu during that time wherever i brought it up by clicking on Fx. But the performance mysteriously improved in another session. The help file and context hints are accessible, those and the font have a familiar win2k feel to them.

you guys desperately need to make a daw...the one thing that would get me to drop pro tools and shirk my "professional compatibility" duties would be a fabfilter daw...I can imagine being wisked away into a paradise of pristine digital audio, user interface beauty and intuitive "workflow" every time I open a project up...

That auto gain is a killer feature! It's too easy to mess up an EQ decision, as the louder version usually sounds better. So with auto gain, it'll let us hear the tonal change, without a volume change. Awesome!
And fabfilter does it once more and it just gets better and better whatever you guys decide to put out :-) Thumbs up on this #ProQ2 And all that followed with the amazing +Danworall tutorials. This guy out of this world ;-)

Q1 has been my go to eq for years. REALLY looking forward to V2. Great wok guys. Now if you'd just make it AAX DSP.....I know....not going to happen. :)
To be honest I'm really considering getting this, I'm stuck with just parametric Eq 2 in Fl Studio.. I feel like with this plugin you can truly see frequencies and see what you're doing.

Very nice update! The modern EQ has arrived. I was hoping that frequency selections could be grouped, then locked and recalled. Or is that now possible? Would make it a little easier to create and manipulate three point "shape" or "enhancement" filters within a much larger overall curve. Regardless, great update.

Hope the this version fixes the hotkey undo comman, when adjusting points with mouse. It was really annoying to have to click the undo button in the vst, as it registered every move on your daws undo que. Looks dope though!
The annoying parameter panel that is blocking some unselected points is what is pushing me to use another eq's. And it's been requested for a change for 4 years now, as i read in their forums. Other than that it really is a genius piece of "machinery".

I thought ! Okaay , so the best EQ on the planet has an upgrade ... How much can they add to it ? But then , till the point they got to the side chain monitoring eq graph thingy (which btw is a big big win for complimentary eq'ing) I had my jaw wide open ! As a mixing engg , I'm literally drooling over it , this is going to be the biggest game changing plugin that you can purchase to transform your mixes.
