I haven't seen the film, but my theory is still that the whole story is actually all the last mystery novel of Christopher Plummer's character. Daniel Craig's character is his main character from all his stories. Especially hearing the "I just waiting for the reveal" and even Toni Colette's "You're famous" lines. A loose theory, sure, but it's a theory.
Saw it in Toronto and wasn't expecting anything at all : I thought the first trailer was weirdly cut and I always feel like whodunnit are too conventional and not surprising. IT IS AMAZING. Lots of fun, nice twists and HILARIOUS. You just know the cast had a blast doing this !
So it's worth watching as the trailers just aren't pulling me in

I saw it at the Toronto Film Festival as well and loved it! It was so hilarious and so much fun to watch.

I saw this at the Toronto International Film Festival and it's really great. It was probably the second hottest ticket to get at the festival behind "Joker". It's a hilarious and fun ride. I got so caught up in it. The crowd I saw it with was having a great time as well. It's a great twisty story. I will definitely be seeing it again when it comes out in November.
I actually hear Ana De Armas is the standout and I can see it
I saw the movie at the Toronto International Film Festival and yes, this is the case. She ends up being one of the primary characters in the film and is really great alongside Daniel Craig and a few others. I don't want to say much else and say who else was great to give anything away! Some of the cast is more important than others, some are pretty minor.
@eating sugar no papa No, he is actually dead, no surprises or twists with that. There is a second death though late in the film because they "knew something"... The solution to the mystery is quite intricate and twisty. There is some misdirection. The film is hilarious and tons of fun.
@Mrsmiley186 Ana De Armas was also great in Eli Roth's independent horror flick Knock, Knock.... Just can't wait to see more of her acting chops in this movie and upcoming Bond film!!!
It's got an Agatha Christie vibe to me, a classic whodunit, looks fun
I saw this at TIFF and it’s fantastic. Among this ensemble, Ana de Armas was the standout to me.

Chris Evans’ character reminds me of Kieran Culkin’s Roman Roy from Succession.
The clue storyline vibe to the extreme.

Well, they didn't show Riki Lindhome that much in this trailer. She is, of course, Garfunkel of _Garfunkel and Oates,_ who started their channel on RUclips 12 years ago. I guess she has a small part in this film.

Rain Johnson seems like a talented film maker who just said "fuck it" when he made a huge budget and franchise movie like Star wars( I dont think The Last Jedi us bad movie but i do think it is a very bad 2nd chapter in a trilogy). I enjoyed all his movies till now and am looking forward to this one.
You guys have got to check out the video postal on carnage count, its absolutely the weirdest shit I've ever seen from the very start I've have no Idea WTF... is going on.

Well he pretty much acting the same when he was Johnny Storm in Tim Story's version of Fantastic Four as a very douchey character!!!

I'll wait for the blu ray to come out and for someone to edit the few scenes that weren't in this trailer to see the rest of the movie.
Also, great thing to market it as a Rian Johnson movie by naming the two worst things he's ever done: The Last Jedi and Looper, instead of Brick, the only truly good thing he's ever made.
