The City Elf origin on the other hand, you have to share the drama with your family from the very first second, because conditions are obviously not that great. I guess that's why the connection could be stronger, because it's more realistic.

The City Elf is by far my favourite origin. It was my first playthrough, and the game just doesn't feel right when I pick different origins. My Warden, Darrian Tabris, is a red-haired, yellow-eyed elf. His cousins are Shianni and Soris. His father is Cyrion, and his mother's memory rests within Fang which he carries with him into battle. That's just the way it is.
Kennith Betton It's been over a millenia since Tevinter (according to common knowledge) destroyed Elvhenan (which they didn't really as revealed in the Inquisition), I don't think modern-day city-elves would care much.
There is no H in exalted. Also the Dalish never knew their culture, they had forgotten long before the Dales, long before the Chantry, long before Tevinter. And honestly they were better off under all of them than they were under the Evanuris.
I killed Rendon Howe as a city elf and when the option came up of "the city goes through arls pretty quickly" or something like that, Shianni was just "wow, it must be my nameday with all the gifts you've been giving me"
oh my god THANK U i got a huge glitch when returned there and I was disappointed not to receive half of the dialogs. And I got too many elves with half of their head =="
I always wanted to know what happens when you go back to the Alienage if you left Shianni and the other women there. I've never been able to stand leaving her for a whole playthrough though.

Not that you will need to be extraordinarily wealthy to get everything you need but after Golems of Amgorrock money becomes a very trivial thing because the cudgel is worth like some 340 sovereigns and double that on a dwarven playthrough. Also I hardly doubt you’ll need money because of a particular archer talent that is so overpowered it’s actually hilarious.

It's part of the story line.. right before the Landsmeet you are asked to inspect an issue in the Alienage. Once you figure it out you can go back there any time before the final battle.

@@mim9000 you can buy upgraded versions at soldiers peak after you finish that DLC or you can upgrade it. Otherwise you get a set from a chest next to riordan in redcliffe castle after the Landsmeet. You can also get the warden commander armor from the darkspawn necromancer in the return to Ostagar dlc. In awakening you can just buy them from Herren.
That main boss was morally worse than the Archdemon in my opinion. At least the Archdemon is doing was is right for his people! (The darkspawn) HE was evil, sure, but can you blame him? He's a corrupted god who looks after his army! Not some dude trying to bribe ELVES. ELVES!!
Life is hard isn't it? At least if you choose other origins you can leave Vaughn in a cell. They should know 2 things as fact though. 1 The Blight is uncurable, becoming a Grey Warden only slows down the progress. 2 They say they came from Tevinter, who are from the North whereas the Darkspawn came from the South so how or why would they know or even care about anyone who does have the Blight?
You just have to love templars... one blood mage hurts human, SEND ALL TEMPLARS!!! Fifty blood mages kill and sell to slavery elves... nah they are fine.

What everyone had heard was that there was a riot in the alienage and a plague so it was being closed off. As a fully aware Grey Warden i do believe that the best option is: Be a dwarf - that way help will be sent to the dwarves to battle the darkspawn at the end Make Hardened Alistair king with Anora, make Loghain warden, Die at the end or sacrofice Loghain - Do not let an Old God survive, he may cause problems in future, maybe even another Blight With Warden Commander kill the Architect, he also may be causing many problems, making darkspawn sane, more organised, more tactical, it's dangeorous. Second game: nothing freackin matters, but seriously, besides Mage-Templar thing this game has nothing to offer Inqusition: Sacrofice Hawke, it doesn't matter who is the Warden commander, he needs to live and get the Wardens together

For some reason I felt much more of a connection with your family in the city elf origin than I did when I played as a human noble.

From the back , I think that's the 'Warden armor' from DA2 . Go on the Nexus that's where all the mods are . Hope this help .
