    Enjoyed my time there. Lots of places to hike. Stayed in a trailer with my girlfriend as we were traveling back from Florida on our way back to Minnesota. A childhood friend moved there; lived and died there. Basically he did a lot of drugs and lived life to the most. The hiking and watching the stars at night are spectacular.

    Very cool. This idea is amazing. Good to know I've got some retired commercial pilots up the road, too. Thanks for the heads up.

    My wife and I have gone twice. Unfortunately both times there was cloud cover and we didn’t get to enjoy the Milky Way. We didn’t even see any stars. But that didn’t ruin our time together. The drive getting there is extremely beautiful, the time being alone with my wife was just as beautiful. I am hoping our third time there will be different without clouds obstructing our view of the night sky.

      It’s perfectly safe, went for a week. The only thing you should worry about is the bipolar weather & rattlesnakes lol

      Im currently planning a stay here. Curious to know why its creepy

    • @jessemartinez2606
      @jessemartinez2606 9 месяцев назад

      @@breab9454 might be personal reasons but the windows dont have curtains so at night you cant see out but you can see it, plus when we stayed they must have been working on it cause they left the mirror in the bathroom in screwed and behind it was a long dark tunnel from when it was a mine. Most people probably not a big thing but for us it was creepy

    • @TheGSI3
      @TheGSI3 5 месяцев назад

      @@breab9454 Because it’s extremely dark at night. My wife was scared. I was definitely not. That’s what makes it beautiful…it’s unlike anything else on earth.
      Did you get a chance to stay there ? We’ve gone twice and both times the stars were obscured by clouds 😞😞. So we still haven’t seen the Milky Way yet. But I’m not giving up. Hopefully our third time’s a charm.

    It should be illegal to have Wi-Fi with that view…you don’t need the internet, tv, or even books with that in your front yard
