And then they couldn't appeal it after the child was born, when DNA-test could easily be done, which is the real injustice. The judge/arbitrator will handle the divorce, and then when the baby is born they will have a separate court case for custody and/or child support. I am so tired of people not getting justice for their lies and deception. I would have had a paternity test done the moment the child was born, then taken her back to court and arrested for lying under oath. WHICH IS A CRIME BTW!!!
