Kitni baar khana chahiye. I eat heavy breakfast then 12 noon fruits like kharuja, and 2 pm bhakri subji , 6 pm tea and light snacks and.night dinner .I reduced sugar items and only I take little in tea. Then too my weight up . I m.doing exercise also. I have much kabha in body.
Find out your BMR and reduce 200-300 calories from that .
