Amazing video guys! I was always atheletic, after my knee surgery put on weight from 82 to 8& kgs. Started rehab and exercise again in order to loose weight and hence less stress on knee. Haven’t lost much weigh, just 1 kg. but have gained a lot of muscle and lost fat. Inches from my waistline. Is it good? Lifting heavy and feeling strong day by day.

Hi 👌 I have been a chubby as a child. I know I ate wrong but did do exercise and was always struggling with weight I have thyroid problems I have gynaecological issues and have had many surgeries. After having a baby I became 89kg a women with height of 4ft 11. I have managed to come down to 56kg. I still do exercise and my portions are small but my lower chubby fat is not moving anymore the rest of my body has toned up but that lower stomach fat is not longer moving. What’s going on? Would it shift? ❤
