Recipe and ingredients:
1 cauliflower
Fill with water and cover with a lid
After boiling for 5 minutes, cook
Place the cabbage in a baking dish
60g marinara sauce
60 ml olive oil
Salt, paprika
Mix
Drizzle sauce over the cauliflower
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180°C
200 g sour cream
40 ml lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon honey
Mix
Place a few spoonfuls of sauce on a plate
Place cauliflower on top
3 tablespoons tahini paste
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons water
Mix
Drizzle sauce over the cauliflower
Chop 1 red onion
Fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes
Chop 3 chili peppers
Fry for 2-3 minutes
40 g pine nuts
Fry for 2-3 minutes
Chop the spinach
Mix
Place on cauliflower
Everything is ready!
