RECIPE 1:
Cauliflower 1 pc.
Salt.
Onion 1 pc.
Olive oil.
Mushrooms 300 gr.
Hard cheese 100 gr.
Sour cream 250 gr.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Italian herbs.
Dry Garlic.
Olive oil.
Bake in the oven at 180C or 350F for 30-35 minutes.
RECIPE 2:
1 cauliflower.
Boil soft for 5 minutes.
1 onion.
parsley, 2 eggs.
5 tablespoons (50 g) breadcrumbs
5 tablespoons (50 g) cornmeal
1 teaspoon oregano.
1 teaspoon of paprika.
Italian herbs.
2 teaspoons of baking soda.
150g grated cheese.
Salt.
Pepper.
Mix well.
olive or vegetable oil.
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
50 grams of mayonnaise.
50 grams of sour cream.
1 clove of garlic.
Dill.
RECIPE 3:
Cauliflower.
Dill.
Lemon - 30g.
Salt.
Boil 4 minutes.
Olive oil.
butter 100 g
Flour 50 gr.
Stir constantly for 1 minute.
milk 400 ml.
Stir for another minute.
cream 400 ml, salt.
Cheese 150 gr.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180C or 350F.
Cheddar Cheese 100g

I've never seen cauliflower cook this way before. It looks very delicious except the mushrooms I don't like mushrooms. So I think I would leave them out. But I'll give this a try, I think this would be good also to use broccoli in exchange for the cauliflower. I will also give that a try. Thank you for this video.
Maybe add bacon or chopped ham as well. Also try mashed cauliflower mixed with an equal or less amount of mashed potatoes. It has delicious flavor and half the carbs. The potatoes have a nice texture too
