- Delicious broccoli with cauliflower! I've been making this every day since I learned this recipe. This is a very tasty and tender casserole recipe! Fragrant broccoli and cauliflower make for an incredibly delicious dinner! The recipe is very simple, but at the same time extremely tasty! Everyone will love this vegetable casserole! RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 cauliflower.
2 small broccoli
Divide into inflorescences.
Place the cauliflower in a bowl and cover with water.
salt 1 tablespoon.
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Broccoli and cover with hot water.
salt 1 tablespoon. Leave on for 10 minutes.
1 onion.
Olive oil. Fry on medium heat for 1 minute.
1 carrot.

2 garlic.
Mix well.
Fry for 2-3 more minutes.
Olive oil.
Grease the casserole dish.
The cauliflower is ready.
4 eggs. Salt. Black pepper.
stir.
Yoghurt 2/3 cups / 100 ml.
flour 3 tablespoons.
baking powder 1 teaspoon.
Mix well.
Milk 1 cup / 180 ml.
stir.
10 cherry tomatoes.
A little piece of cheese.
Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 30-40 minutes.

Vielen Dank für die köstlichen vegetarischen Gerichte. Vom Fleisch ganz weg zu kommen ist gar nicht so einfach nach 56 Jahren. Aber eure Rezepte sind klasse und helfen mir sehr dabei. Das Leid derMassenaufzucht ist unbeschreiblich und dieser Kanal trägt dazu bei diese Fleischgier zu zügeln und mich gesünder zu ernähren. Zumal mir die Soya Hot Dogs und das Vegane Ersatzfleisch einfach nicht schmecken. Ihre Gerichte sind köstlich und es ist minimaler Aufwand. ❤lichen dank dafür. Ich kann heute mit Stolz und mit beruhigtem Gewissen meine Gerichte genießen. Das war nicht immer so. Gemüse war früher immer nur eine Beilage für mich und ich hatte so gut wie kaum Rezeptideen dafür. Früher gab es auch nur 2 mal die Woche Fleisch zum Gericht - wir lebten wesentlich gesünder und waren nicht so übergewichtig wie die meisten Menschen heutzutage. Auf jeden Fall sind ihre Gerichte auf diesem Kanal frisch, knackig, ansehehbar und schmackhaft

I love these veggie casseroles and they aren't common in the USA so i believe they are a European tradition. They are delicious and so many unique ways to make them too! Thank you for posting these!

We are a English-speaking country.. your recipe looks very good I love broccoli and cauliflower and all of the rest of the ingredients that go in.. I have a broccoli casserole recipe that is out of this world. A box of cornbread chicken 🐔 dressing and some of the dry go sprinkled on the top before it goes in the oven yummy

Very nice. But I'd use butter instead of olive oil and leave out the yogurt. To improve it loads of bacon or ham , no meal is any good without meat of some sort.
I would like to know how to fix a good pasta salad to eat during the day I'm not very good at these sort of things but I like pasta salad
