You guys forgot to do a burnout as part of the PDI. That's going in the Customer Satisfaction Survey.
tech used the wrong jacking point in the front
on the center caps the point of the flag should point to the air fill value
Interesting, where did you find that?
Why did you remove the front air dam screws twice, vs just installing the splitter and the air plates at the same time? It’s always a better idea to only torque bolts once or twice... not multiple times.
I thought rear brake ducts are only needed for track use not street use.
Very helpful video, now I know what to expect when I go pick up my car. I want to be there when they do the PDI. Actually do most dealer let customer be there when they do the PDI? or do I gotta wait outside?
There’s absolutely no reason for them to test drive.
WOW ..!!!...Great car...No funnel...mad skills there...backing up to the tool box had me purty nervous...If I could afford one...Would have to be classic red....w/ tan interior ofc....
Pretty scary seeing the tech not using the right lift points. That could seriously injure or kill someone, not to mention damage or destroy the car.
@Burns me up. No, it's not. Read the manual.
Sometimes the less being said is better. Thanks Capt obvious!
I was just going to comment on the jacking points, but I see others have beaten me to it. I've seen this on more than one dealer videos...Chevy...SEND A SERVICE BULLETIN TO ALL DEALERS ABOUT PROPER JACKING POINTS FOR THE C8...before someone gets killed.
great video. thank you.
Thank you :)
I guarantee nobody is taking my C8 for a test drive
This is one of the exact specs I had in mind only difference is I want the seatbelts red.
It's a REALLY good look! I must say, I like it more in person than when we were looking at it on paper. I do think the calipers should be black though.
KB Cars I couldn’t tell if those are the bright red or or dark red through video but black would look nice as well. Plus saves a few bucks haha.
@@Styalistic They're the dark red, which is more tolerable for this color combination. I took an order for one on Monday that the customer is just going to have them painted himself lol
Did I miss where you installed the Z51 rear brake rolling ducts?
they said for track only.. but if mine car put them on
Rear lower ducts are track only, uppers and all of fronts should be installed
Allocations for 2020's or 2021?
I'm trying to find me a c8 corvette I'm from Starkville ms
Our remaining allocations are for 2020 model year. Please give me a call (440-988-4444 ask for me Ken Birdsall) if you are interested in one of these spots, we only have 5 left.
I think you know more than the tech Brandon, lol.....nice guy but lacking in the area interaction and personality.
LOL This was his first time being on camera and was a little nervous. That and all the other techs were too scared since no one had PDI'd a C8 yet.
