Petty was a great human being. At all of his concerts, he bought out the front row and then gave the tickets to people in the back rows. He figured if they would come to see him and pay for nosebleed seats, they deserved to be up front.
As Harry Chapin frequently said, "You can always count on the cheap seats."
That's is so sweet of him , I never heard of any other musican doing that! He really was a sweet, considerate, down to earth beautiful soul.
@@oceanview5545Peter Frampton’s organization did the same thing at his “Never Say Never” concert in Atlanta. I was a recipient of one of those tickets three rows from the stage! Was a wonderful experience🤗
@JesAusCam18 That would be so exciting, that's an experience you will never forget. How lucky you were to have been picked for the 3rd row. I still love Framptons songs today!
Hard to fathom...

Great song but this video breaks my heart watching Toms left hand shaking so much. My band does a great version of this song it’s hard too find any good cover versions I should post it..
Great concert!
What a great record they play this on radio Caroline
Amazing
Best Dylan cover EVER
Petty and Dylan wrote the song. So it isn't a cover.
@@Headstones2013 You're being pedantic;Tom's covering Bob's vocal performance----masterfully
A song writen by Lucky Wilbury aka Bob Dylan aka Robert Zimmerman and singing by Junior T. Wilbury and The Heartbreakers.. long live The Traveling Wilburys... from Guadalara, México ✌😎
It’s got Dylan written all over it . A tribute to Springsteen , referenced 8 of his songs in the lyrics 👍
I love this Traveling Wilbury’s song.
