YES!!!! Thank you! This video saved me from thinking my mixer was a “gunner”.😅 I was just about ready to ship it to kitchenAid factory for a long long repair time. I have had this mixer about 30+ years without any repairs. But just loosening the screw- it lifted the mixer and made it study again. I never would’ve believed it if I didn’t do it myself. Thanks again! Happy baking grandma again. 😄
Thank you so very much for your video. I was honestly ready to throw my mixer in the bin!!! I too had no idea that the screw “shouldn’t” be tight. Thank you ❤

Thank You for posting this. No nonsense, and it works.
thank you for this 😅 my pin was almost past midpoint & my anxiety with it. 1 minute post video. Everything is back in place & feeling relieved
Thank you i had no idea the screw on the underside existed
I am missing the screw to tighten up the pin. What do I order?
Thanks a lot 👍
Thank you. When I tilted my mixer up and saw the screw tightened mid way I thought my mixer was broken😅
Amazing thank you!
How do I tighten a fixed-head mixer where the bowl lifts with a lever?
