YES!!!! Thank you! This video saved me from thinking my mixer was a “gunner”.😅 I was just about ready to ship it to kitchenAid factory for a long long repair time. I have had this mixer about 30+ years without any repairs. But just loosening the screw- it lifted the mixer and made it study again. I never would’ve believed it if I didn’t do it myself. Thanks again!
