It costs 60,000 gil.
MYTHRIL (3x)
a. Steal [with Thief's Cuffs] (6%) from Rare Game Molen located at Zertinan Caverns (Hourglass Basin) RECOMMENDED (3% w/o Cuffs)
b. Steal [with Thief's Cuffs] (6%) or [Scholar's] Monograph drop (10%) from Mythril Golem located at Giruvegan (The Trimahla Water-Steps, The Aadha Water-Steps) and Great Crystal (Sthaana Cancer, Sthaana Pisces)
*To spawn Molen at Hourglass Basin, head to the secluded section of the area (where you fight Grenades), which can be reached via Undershore by walking between two Sandfalls, southeast of the Save Crystal.
You must wait around 10 to 15 seconds and Molen should appear on the other side.
CORPSE FLY (3x)
a. Steal [with Thief's Cuffs] (6%) from Dragon Lich located at Pharos - Second Ascent (Station of Suffering) or Subterra (Penumbra - South, Umbra - North, Umbra - South, Abyssal - South)
b. [Dragoon's] Monograph drop (12%) from Dragon Lich
AQUARIUS GEM (4x)
Steal [with Thief's Cuffs] (30%) from Golem located at Feywood (Walk of Flitting Rifts, Walk of Stolen Truths) (10% w/o Thief's Cuffs)
