nice vid. all the vids I've seen show people routing hoses, which is great if you need to measure how much gas it's spitting out per min. But indidmt have any proper fitting tubes on hand and I just needed to test it mine was sucking up gas and handnt considered doing it this way and it worked great!
Awsome vid....if it wouldnt be for this video...the story would had been diferent...it started right away..thanxx for sharing and greatings from Puerto Rico
@MotoJayy I watched a step by step installation videos and realised i switched the negative and positive wires, I too thought it was weird af to hear the pump run but not actually pump
Yeah that's what mine did when I first applied 12V power but after switching the power on and off a few times it finally broke loose. May try tapping it with a mallet to try and break loose the gunk if that is the problem.
yeah have tried to free it, this k1 spent the last 10 years sitting in a shed, rust in tank also, just hope internals are all good just ordered new pump for it and been pricing up some new tyres.:)

Thankyou. Great video!
Which power supply did you use? You turned it off/on.
i bought a new pump and fuel filter (black assembly) and i hear it spin but nothing spits out, what could be the issue?
I had same issue any fix???
@MotoJayy the fuel pump wasn't wired properly in my case , i had some wires crossed
@@kareemali2922 hmm how did you figure out it was wired improperly?? That might be my issue I can hear it spinning but nothing comes out

Tried this on my 01 but no motor spin just a spark.
