You will never see that amount of TALENT in one room ever again.
Especially working for free
Bruce Springsteen and Stevie Wonder together is like fire and Ice Just Beautiful ❤....
Sobrang gwapo at galing ni bruce springteen nakaka inlove sya
Ye, the raspi voice of Springsteen and the soul sound of Wonder. Pure beauty
Im almost 48 and i REMEMBER when this song came out i still cry.. baby boy if u got goosebumps than it hit your soul as it should ❤❤❤❤Thank you sweetie
I'm 45...and it makes my eyes water everytime I see the younger people react and appreciate...we need something like this now more than ever ❤
I'm 29 and the first time I heard it was just to sa 10 years ago and even I was crying every time I hear it just makes me smile every time I hear this song
It was a massive hit song
Just saying hi as a fellow 48 year old. Lol. Be well.
Haha I haven’t heard it in years and just sang the whole thing 🙂
already impressed by you. Obviously young and already know more artists than most reactors. Kudos to you.
Thank you very much!
I’m so proud of you knowing the artists!!! I’ve seen reactions of this song done by people twice your age who have no clue who any of the artist are.
Rip to all of the amazing artists that have passed. God blessed me with a musical family and have shown me how important music is.
salute on knowing so many artists
I'm in my 40s now. I was in primary school in Ireland when that song came out first in the 1980s. We saved every penny we had to send to Africa that Christmas. The whole world came together to help the famine in Africa. It was really bad in Africa. Every single school and college raised money also. We sold milk, we sold toys, we made cakes, we did unimaginable things to get money. It brings back some memories to me. Sad and good , I know all those artists. Bob geldof started that movement.
Everyone always smiles when Michael appears on this footage
Wow. You surprised me with the number of people that you recognized because you're so young. I'm truly impressed. ❤
Such an amazing song. There's a great video "The Making of 'We Are the World'" I would encourage watching. So beautiful to watch everyone "check their Egos at the door" and be enamored of each other, getting autographs and everything! I'm so happy you knew so many singers. Goodness, I've watched Reactions from folks older than you who had zero idea who anyone was except MJ. Thank you! You were great. (Have to throw my PLEASE WATCH in here: Queen! Your channel will swell greatly with all of us Queenies! Most of all, keep having fun!)
This video is just a time machine for me. Taking me back to my teens when the world was so much better.
So glad you are listening to all the past legends. Their voices will never be forgotten. All are fantastic but I personally like MJ, Stevie wonder , The Voice Steve Perry and cyndi lauper
You are correct the quality of singer was better back then
And so was the music
I am a 44 year old mom of 2 boys who are 22 and 20 and I while I raised them I played this song often.... when I was in elementary school we had to perform it lol...... Damn how times have changed in such a short time..
It kinda sad, that no one who reacts to this recognizes Bob Dylan, on of the greatest poets of our times.
And one of those Wilburys known to travel.
Ikr….. I’ve seen some respond to him as that funny sounding guy….. effing heretics.
This song was written by Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie. On youtube is also Michael's solo version. ❤️
I did wonder why a lot of people thought this was a Michael Jackson song. Good to know
@@MollyBoyTV This is everybody's song.
Filmed after an awards ceremony where all these artists skipped the after party to collaborate
I'm from that generation- astounding to hear "who's that" when Bob Dylan sings. But glad you enjoyed it.
You sure need to jump down the rabbit hole to the golden years of older and of beautiful and fun music. You will fall in love with music when you begin listening to the older music. I'm going to subscribe to your channel and give you a thumbs up everytime you listen to the older music.
You are adorable. Great reaction video. My dad introduced me to all of these artists.
Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed the video!
The guy that you said,’who is that? It’s BOB DYLAN (just the greatest song writer/poet of all time Nobel Laureate)with the fabulous Stevie Wonders,is Bruce Springsteen.Way to go man for knowing the people you did!🇨🇦
For a young fella, you knew a lot of the musical artists. Well done.
Welcome to our decades of music.......no auto-tune, all talent. ❤❤❤❤
True. There was a lot less faking it with technology and cost of recording and distribution made talent a necessity.
Pure Talent! Nothing like it! Authentic and Individuality. You know the singers when they song. No guess work like I have to do today.
I feel fortunate to have been able to grow up experiencing music as it should be: natural talent and no auto tune.
These were the best artists in the world at that time
But this generation is full of trash so they’re still the greatest of all time
the banger is Kenny Loggins, Highway to the Danger Zone
And ‘I’m free (Heaven helps the man)’
Never knew that you needed a Stevie Wonder and Bruce Springsteen duet until this song.
"The Greatest Night In Pop" (Netflix) is a documentary about this once in a lifetime performance, and will give you a better understanding on who the performers were and what it was all about. I remember when it was released, and still get the feels watching & listening. Thank you for this one. (I've thought more than once that the video should be updated with the performers' names, but you did great!)
I too was surprised at how many artists you knew. Great job
If you watch the credits at the end of the song it has all that performed listed. Lionel and Michael Jackson wrote this song. It was to ward off famine relief in South Africa and raised $50 million dollars
There’s a brilliant doc of the making of this. I think you’d really enjoy it.
Nice reaction!! Most young people light up yelling “MJ” on this song. Yes he was big BUT all these artists were huge and are legends today. Something like this will never happen again. What a great time it was for music back then.
Love that you LOVE MJ💜I got to see him twice when he came to Aotearoa, New Zealand in 1996💜 impressed that you were able to name a few artists🥳Well Done U!!

I watched a documentary on Netflix yesterday about how this song came to life. Amazing! “the greatest night in pop”. Highly recommend it. If you cry now to that song, You will need tissues for the documentary 😊 enjoy
That documentary answered so many questions for me. I'm obsessed by this song in it's entirety. I'm mean how did that guy know which order to feature each singer? Crazy talent
Great reaction! I'm so impressed that you knew so many of the singers!
Awesome 👍
So great to see youth being introduced to what we oldies grew up with
Band-Aid, Live-Aid and this song all created a world wide phenomenon and 2 Christmas anthems
It wasn't just the songs or the music! It was the feeling at that time! In the 80's there was this overwhelming feeling of everyone loving everyone and coming together. It was a special time to live
Great reaction bro ✌️
PS. Can't believe you didn't know Bob Dylan 😅
Yep. Wouldn't trade getting to be young in the 80s for all the tech and social media of today. Especially social media. I had friends in real life.
Im 48 and was in 3rd grade when this came out. We sang it in a school assembly. The whole school did
You need to hear Bee Gees. Anything you pick will be amazing!
Michael and Lionel wrote the song, with some help from Stevie and Kenny Rogers. I know it doesn't get any better than orgasmic.

When I was a boy and this came out I just accepted it for what it was but later on when I started researching the history of different record companies I realized that the reason why this happened was all these artists were Columbia Records people Or people who were managed by people who managed Columbia Records artist ha ha... It helps you understand why certain people were not in this song right ha ha ha....
..Lo bonito q nos dejó michael❤❤ unico...esto es cantar y en 10 horas d grabacion👏👏
Goosebumps everytime
There are so many different legends in this video It's unreal. Across all genres. No egos. Just really coming together for the people in Africa to get clean drinking water. Something that everyone else takes for granted. This is just awesome to a degree that is unheard of now.
You actually have lotts of artist right very impressive at your age... this was epic even for us old People
Loved your reaction! Great job.
You are wise beyond your years, friend. Well done.
There is a great netflix documentary about the making of this song. its called "The greatest night in pop" it's amazing to see.
These guys and gals are legends!!❤❤
Michael Jackson Huey Lewis Cyndi Lauper and Kim carnes killed it
You are correct.Yes,that’s Diana Ross.

This was a great collaboration with all those great singers
Later in July of 85 I went to Live Dude Philly.
Bob Dillon had issues on how he would sing his part. Stevie Wonder sang the part as Bob Dillan and you heard the end result.
There is a making of we are the world video they did it one night after the Grammy awards I believe
Alright MollyBoy Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from Hollywood CA USA....
Happy holidays!
Wow, I love all of this ❤
Brits got together a few months before and recorded 'Do They Know Its Christmas" by BandAid, all related to 'Live Aid' organization where Freddie sang so famously.
There's a Netflix show on the making of this. It's definitely worth the watch.
When there was a devastating earthquake in Haiti back around 2009 or thereabout, Wyclef Jean pulled together a bunch of modern day artists and did a cover of this song to raise money for the people of Haiti.
Not as good as this version, but still well worth the listen; they even had Snoop Dogg arrange a rap section in the middle of the song.
All the artists coming together...no ego trips...RAY Charles is amazing.
The story behind why the blaring absence of Prince occurred is hilarious. I'm sure Prince regretted later on his actions.
Is it something to do with Michael Jackson because I’m sure people said they had didn’t get along at one point?
So great u knew so many artist just by their apperance! The wonam je knew her face but could remember her face in the begiinning was Tina Turner. And the one singimg with Stevie at the and was Bruce Sprinsteen.. anyway great reactien
I love your reactions and comments and goosebumps, lol❤❤
The great part about older music is that all the artists had their own distinctive voices, now they are all auto tuned to death and mostly all sound the same.
I loved the "Goonies". lol...what a great movie that was. Alan Marshall is right. There will never be another gathering like this but, hopefully, the words will continue to be heard. What happened to flower power and the hippie generation of love. Don't listen to hate...we are all one! We can make a brighter day for so many in need. It is our choice. We all live under one sky.
I hate myself for enjoying all the artists the younger people miss. I then like it when they work out who the singers were. This song was played for months in the top 40 and we all loved it at the time.
That bloke at 8:45 looks like the man with glasses from the office 😊
Have you seen Dimash? So fun! 'Across Endless Dimentions', etc. Rock On, from LA
You did really well there.
Very emotional song ... very memorable time.
I don't think there aren't artists that can't sing. There are agents that don't recognize talent.
If you think this song was great, you need to check out the song, "Tears Are Not Enough" by Northern Lights. It's Canada's take on We Are The World. Written by David Foster, lyrics by Bryan Adams, Jim Vallance and Rachael Paiemont. It has pretty much every who's who artist in Canada.
I love a hour and a half from where the goonies was filmed. I’ve seen that movie probably 400 times. I’m 48
There's a Heavy Metal charity song kinda like this called HEAR'N AID.
The song is called, "STARS" and its all guys from Heavy Metal bands.
There's several guitar solos in the song.
It's a must!!!
Michael and Lionel wrote it snd Michael didn’t want it to be overkill by him singing so much
Steve Perry ,"The Voice" and Bruce Springsteen,"The Boss".
Even though he hasn’t got a solo part, Lindsey Buckingham from Fleetwood Mac is singing in the chorus. Would love to see you reacting to some Fleetwood Mac, especially “Dreams”, “The Chain” or “Sisters of the Moon” (just because they’re my faves 😊)❤
BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN SINGING WITH STEVIE WONDER IS A GOAT!!!
BORN TO RUN
I love the reactions by young people to hearing Bruce Springsteen.
You are dead right! Really talented singers and real music❤
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Keep up the great Work
Thank you! Will do!
The duet with Stevie is performed by Bruce Springsteen
James Ingram...he is amazing 2 me...
You should check out “We are the World - Haiti. “. Same song but a different group of singers. Is was produced to raise money for storm destruction in Haiti !
