Julianne Please Come Home ~ Gourd Banjo

Hey folks! 🪕🌼 Another Thursday another banjo vid. I have been very called to the gourd banjo this year! 💛 So expect a few more gourd covers lol.
Also, apologies if I have not been as active lately, I have been trying to take in all of the beauty outside this summer and not spend as much time on screens. I have been honing in my traditional bushcraft skills and writing so much music! Which is good. I still very much appreciate every single one of you who tunes it, as it warms my heart to be able to share my art that I love with people.
On a more depressing note- this is a folk song about a young woman who runs away from home to be with a man who isn’t a good one so to speak. It’s dark but that be life sometimes. This gourd is by Lowly Mountain Banjos.

Great Work
My brain used to be able to think in geetar, i could listen to piano songs etc, pick up an acoustic and finger pick it
Strokes have taken my finger picking back to thimb strumming, but listening to you, im thinking on banjo
I wont be able to pick a banjo, but im getting a violin. Ivr messed with them before when I had a cafe the locals all played music in, so I'm sure i can get tonplaying it ok
