I’m a wood turner and have the exact same machine. I clean the filters once every two to three weeks and I’m amazed at the amount of dust it collects, I certainly wouldn’t be without it!
I am happy to see that you're satisfied with the air filter; be aware though, fine dust particles will always be present when you grind metal, wood etc. thus means that you always must wear mask to protect yourself when you grind. Once again a very nice video with useful informations to those viewers who thinking investing to an air filter. Take care Dimitris
A really interesting pair of films. You've got me wondering if my workshop would benefit from a more active approach to ventilation, rather than relying on it just being rather draughty. I would have immediately gone for a simple extract to outside solution, rather than trying to capture the dust in a filter. Food for thought. Thanks for sharing 👍 🇬🇧
Hello Nick, Interesting review... One question I have is that when it is running can you feel any movement of the air much in the way a fan would move the air. The reason I ask is that in my workshop there is very little air movement and having an air filtration system that gives a noticeable effect of air moving would be a real bonus. Take care. Paul,,
Hi Paul. It would really depend on the size and particularly the height of your workshop. If it isn’t too big or too high I’m sure you would notice air movement.

Quite right. As I said in the video it shouldn’t replace a mask and dust extraction.

Great couple of videos and has convinced me to buy the same machine.
I appreciate the review! I'm considering ordering one of these for my 10m² woodwork shop.
Could you use one of these for domestic bedroom/kitchen fitting

Are you still happy with your purchase?
Yes absolutely. My workshop is pretty big so might need a second one in due course but good piece of kit.
@@Ukenick That's great! Thank you. I ordered one last night. I'm excited!
