One machine could print more than ten colors of sizine agents, and also use as multiple production lines. Only needs three people to take charge, which largely reduce the number of operators the needed, improving management issue, decreasing labor cost, strengthening production efficiency, festering investment return.
4. Advantages of Mucilage printing
Cooling process could effectively reduce plug of net by water-based adhesive, it has a special form of frame. Take down the frame to wash, and then install them back to the position where were from, and don't need to readjust.

i ran a automated t shirt printer that had 8 colors .. machine had 2 large frames that held 4 screens each.
the tshirt palettes were on a straight line chain drive . the squeegee heads had 2 squeegee in a upside down "v" one did the flood one did the print .
i did all the camera work with a 17' long copy camera and bellows was about 6' long and the 3'x5' copy board was in the dark room .PMT was just starting to phase out film and chemical developing which is how i made the ortho positives . i made all the screens ,setup the machine to print also had a couple of ladys do the loading of the pallets and unload and put on the conveyor belt to the dryer and then ladys folding finished goods as they came out of the dryer we used rubberized inks back in 1972 when the machine was state of the art .. cost then was $150K

I'm guessing...that it's steam/water being shot onto the ink to keep it from drying up? Been printing shirts for 25 years, never seen the steam spray thing. Water based inks too I suppose?

It's foger or mist. To maintain the drying time of water base ink

Mi trabajo favorito pero en mis 12 años de experiencia jamás puse flash a tela blanca y el color negro normalmente siempre irá al último en telas claras no es necesario secar los colores por qué se puede observar como se les están secando las pinturas y eso que son Plastisol imagínense trabajar con water base o dishar
Asi es son muchos flashers.... Con uno antes del negro seria suficiente ...tengo años trabajando estas maquinas ...la brisa en las pinturas es buena idea como sea como dice ni lema mientras salga bien el trabajo

That´s amazing...I understand that colors are important they cheer up ous lives..But Why don´t we replace them by the colors already in nature??? and thus keeping a world with a lower level of chemicals??huh..Why do we need so many artificail (Dangerous waste that comes from many many variable sources).. Imagine the sources of dangerous wastes (epoxy waste, glue waste, paint waste, carbon fiber, glass fiber, and so and so on..) that could be avoided..(ou replaced.
