I've had a 134 for about a year along with a few other Eaffengrow knives. I started buying them a few years ago when they were all about $20. They're nice budget blades that you don't have to worry about losing or breaking and they hold up. For the price, you can't go wrong

If you haven’t tried a Tracker knife, you might look at trying one. If you are into knives that chop, that is one I think is a good one. The blade is under 6 inches and the knife is just ten inches overall and it is the best little chopper I tried.👍

I have a tracker style knife. I’m not a huge fan of the blade shape. But they do chop well

What gets me is these knives come with kydex sheath yet other companies like kabar ,tops, coldsteel all have cheap junk sheaths. I just got a Ontario sp53 it is a beast. My other bolo is a kabar cutless the Ontario is a beast.
I look at Ontario SP series as a project knife. It comes with a knife shape then a few minutes on a belt grinder you can make a work of art. All under $80 usually much less.
I gotta say I like the blade shape of the other eafengrow best. But I like the type of handle on this one, Kinda. If that makes sense.
My favorite knife is a Chinese copy of a scrapyard dog soldier in A8. I paid $70 if any other name brand company made the same knife. First the quality would probably not look like it does. They only make small batches secondly it came with kydex sheath. Something name brands never supply. I would say the knife would cost $170 or more.
I believe the American knife companies are killing themselves. They charge top dollar for steel that should be budget. I don’t understand why the only budget American company was driven out of business. I love knife designs but I’m done buying expensive knives, not that I had many anyway. I just haven’t seen anything to convince me a $500 does more then my $50 knife. Personally I believe it’s mostly marketing and brand makes it expensive.
Look at Demko knives they made a knife in 80cv $70 . if you wanted a knife in that steel from winkler $400+. Then again terava puuko $46-$100 depending on sheath.
They are all production knives made from blanks and machine sanded. 99.9% of knives are machine made. People get confused when they think one knife made by hand . These knives are turned out like crazy. Mora has hardly anyone working they are fully automated.
Yet China is putting out quality at a reasonable price. Don’t see how these American companies are going to keep suckering people to pay $200+
Just another rant . I’m going back in my basement and finish my own handmade knives 5160 from a 74 Chrysler rear spring. Real American steel made with American hands 🙌 lol

I've been lookin at these... either the EF131 or 134. I like their blade shapes but I'm curious about the steel. Thanks for reviewing it! ✌️

Ahhhhh my man..see this is why I’m here…WTH is with all this “presentation pageantry” as I call it with these $50.00 boxes containing .50 cent blades. I thought I was the only one. Loved the video and you’re always bringing interesting steel variant’s to the field. I saved up and purchased a Bawidamann POGN-L and I’m trying to get this thick gurl to
slice n dice…..wish you were my neighbor who owed me ah favor cause she’s dangerous but just not TP roll dangerous. But I’m working on her. Wish me luck.
