Long story short - I began with bare minimum, kept on understanding the market demand and my capabilities and my niche and kept evolving. Investing at the right time, kept me growing. Nothing magical about it. Growth is a continuous process.

If you are thinking of selling only on Zomato, they will not let you earn a single rupee. Serve your community first, make your own customers, let them like your food. Zomato will take money to even show your restaurant to your neighbourhood. For selling even one plate in Zomato you have to shell out discounts, so concentrate on making your own loyal customers.

Ma'am what's the total cost of setup of your cloud kitchen?
Well! I started with bare minimum, just a home gas Chullah and few utensils. You can say that I might have invested not more than 5-10K just 7-8 years back. I kept on regularly investing from time to time and reached here. But if you want to start at this level, where I am now, you need at least 25-30 Lacs.

Set up cost of such kitchen is around 10-12 Lakh but establishment cost is much more.

Yes, I am aware I work with lot of imperfections! For a small kitchen like me, affording 5 boards for 5 different processes can be a challenge. For me finding perfection is also a part of process.
