    I'll be using this for reference. I'm upcycling an old wardrobe into a new enclosure for an adult jungle jag.

      Definitely give it a crack. There’s plenty of products available in the US and other countries that work great. I started my channel because all the background builders were US based and we couldn’t get their products here.

    Back watching this one again for the umpteenth time, just got a 4 x 2 x 2 malimine enclosure delivered today for my caostal so thought i need some inspiration who do i follow that would be best for this situation and you were my first and only choice , i do watch others but i find yours the most informative so thanks for that!! You have any projects coming up? Kinda missing your vids mate. I have a couple of those industrial foam sheets but i have a butt load of the normal polystyrene that I'll use just for the walls tighten it up with a heat gun etc.....plus I'll be watching this and a couple of your other vids as tutorials, first time so we'll see how it goes, fingers crossed!! Lol

      Glad you find mine the most helpful mate. If you have any questions for your build hit me up on Insta or messenger.
      Nah mate I have kinda given it up unfortunately. Work changed, new baby on the way and embarking on doing my house extension/Reno so time was very limited. Always happy to answer questions and help where i can.

      Hey, my airbrush kit came off ebay. Was fairly cheap for what it came with etc. served me well for what I wanted.

    Do you put a sealer over the paint?

    • @Cambart1
      @Cambart1  2 года назад

      No I don’t. The product I use to coat is designed to seal the ridge callings on a tile roof so it’s water proof to an extent.

    been watching a bunch of your builds today, all fantastic. i may have missed it but where do you get all the tanks and foam from? we are looking at making/getting made something for the next snakes we want to get.

    • @Cambart1
      @Cambart1  Год назад +1

      Thank you. Most the tanks were brought to me to build the backgrounds. Some tanks are my own.
      All the background building products I use are from Bunnings.

      @@Cambart1 thank you! i hope you still find time to do these i havent seen anything more recent popping up and your doing great work. very helpful in learning how to do it myself.

      Unfortunately due to work and family commitments the background building has come to a halt. Maybe in the future I’ll start again. I’m just happy to be helping people get the inspiration and confidence to try it themselves.

    Where do you get your foam board from? I am having issues find it in NZ :/

    • @Cambart1

      I get it from Bunnings mate but not sure where you’d get it in NZ sorry.

    Dunlop tile pointing isnt available where I live and there isn't many options for tile pointing. Is there another kind of grey paint I kind use?

    • @Cambart1
      @Cambart1  2 года назад

      The roof tile pointing is only available in Australia. Only product I’ve heard that is close would be dryloc. Can’t confirm that it’s similar as we can’t get that here for me to try it out.

      These were all just fake plants from cheap shops.
