I visited Sequoia National Park back in 2001 and man was I blown away by the size of those trees. My friends and I were looking for the tree with a tunnel that run through it but couldn't find it. Hope some day I get to ride through the park.
6:14 you just gotta trust. Leave that trimmer in its drawer for 3-6 months. In time bald spots will fill in/grow over. Don't touch, just trust. It will fill in.
I know where I'm moving to! Where i live, i have a hard time just riding more than one and a half hour in the winter, because its so cold and wet. Looks like you are riding in midsummer ;)

How you change the lens in the poc aspire? I own them, but they are different than the poc do blade in regard the lens. I'm afraid to break them changing it.
In the aspire I have similar to your gold, a polarize black, and clear ones. It came with the gold on, but I like to change to the black lens. Just don't know where to hold the lens to pop it out of the frame. And in the box no instructions. I look here in you tube to see if somebody upload something but nope. 😣

+Prastt I eat TON of whole foods. I agree with you that you should eat whole foods but sometimes, especially with guests and kids , a pizza or a burger is great. But again, for the most part I eat fruit in the mornings, nuts and seeds for lunch, and potatoes and veggies for dinner.
