1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs

@@JessicaBeautician I love courgette but have you ever spiralled a cucumber because lovely lady your mind be blown I thought it had way too much moisture to work but it noodles metres and metres long! Amazing in salads or as a raw spaghetti option honestly try it I don’t know how a vegetable that is 99 percent water does it,! Xxx

I think this is my first time commenting, but I've been watching your channel for at least a year. I'm not vegan, but try to eat very little meat, so am always inspired by your inventive approach to meals without losing out on protein. The jackfruit tacos were interesting! I make these jackfruit "carnitas" from a cookbook called "La Vida Verde" by Jocelyn Ramirez & will have to try your approach next!

Never thought of using silken tofu as a sauce for pasta! So smart! Gotta try it out!!

I am going out to find French Bloom - it sounds delicious. I do not mind having a glass of wine with dinner but this sounds wonderful even if it is alcohol-free. Your recipes, as always, look very delicious!!!

3:05 you're right it wouldn't work. I realized this after putting this "cheese" on a slice of pizza and then heating it in the microwave. Everything has melted, it has become water 🤣🤣🤣

I personally find the idea of cooking pasta in oven weird. I've tried it a few times and the pasta turned out sticky and as you said the vegan feta made the pasta extremely oily.
I said if you were to melt the vegan feta it would be extremely oily because it would simply just be melted coconut oil - I didn't melt it, so it wasn't oily ☺️ It definitely shouldn't be sticky though, pasta bakes and lasagne are all cooked in the oven and can be some of the best pasta dishes!
