I just made the leek and bacon pasta and it was amazing. I did swap out mushrooms (I really don't like them) for some store bought vegan bacon so slightly different but still amazing.
i don’t have the best relationship with food and am working on recovering from anorexia, these videos really inspire me to get creative and i love cooking so much now! it’s such a healing and calming thing to do, and trying all these delicious recipes is always so fun! i definitely have to try at least one of these, pasta is so delicious!

Such good ideas! I’m actually thinking of combining a couple. I want to do the green Mac and cheese but I’ll blend the sauce in the blender instead and add Silken tofu like In second recipe. What a great way to add more protein and veggies to your diet - in a pasta sauce! Haha! Let’s see how it turns out for me.
The second and third recipes would be suitable for freezing, however, I find freezing and then reheating pasta overcooks it, so it's either best to undercook the pasta or you could make the sauces and freeze them, then when reheating them, put some pasta on to cook at the same time and add the cooked pasta into the heated-through sauce once cooked! Hope this helps! ☺️

Hi jess, I was wondering if you could tell me how long the monbento lunch boxes keep your food cold? How long would your food last in the box if i don't have access to a fridge?
Hi Emma! Most foods, especially already cooked foods, should really be eaten within 2 hours out of the fridge when at room temperature - the monbento boxes don’t have the ability to keep foods cold, however, you could keep them in a cool bag with an ice-block if you didn’t have access to a fridge and the food would be good for the best part of the day! Hope this helps 💕

The oven also appears at 10:54 and 15:25 for the other two recipes - with pasta bakes, the dish is prepared beforehand (the pasta especially needs to be pre-cooked) and then finished off in the oven.
