You are by far and away the most genuine and humble vegan influencer I have come across. Moreover, you're the most talented recipe creator. Your flavour combinations are always flawless and they're not too complicated to put together. Yours are the only recipes that I actually make and enjoy, and if you ever did bring out a cookbook, I would buy it in a heartbeat. (I may also be minorly biased toward you as I also have two free-roam rabbits, and love when yours occasionally make an appearance!) A fab video and I will definitely be making that dahl - my red lentils nearly always go unused! - and I will finally try baking tofu as I can only really enjoy it as a scramble to date; you may convert me yet! Thanks again for consistently good quality and enjoyable content :)
Ah this is too kind - thank you so much for this lovely comment Lisa, it truly made my day! So happy to know you enjoy watching my videos and you've enjoyed my recipes when you've tried them! Haha, ahh having house rabbits is just the best! Definitely try baking the tofu - marinate it first - it's so, so good! Thanks again and much love ☺️
With the ready availability of online material I have never felt the need to purchase a cookbook but I absolutely NEED one from you! Absolutely brilliant recipes every single time that I always always want to make!
@@JessicaBeautician why dont you make e-cookbook with all recepies from your videos so far.....so we can have them in one place, that would be so great, I would buy it imediately!

I love your recipes! I think you’d really like North Indian style dahl, it’s quite different to southern Indian food as we don’t really use coconut milk in our dishes. We usually use yellow lentils mixed with split brown lentils (chana and urad dal), its amazing I think you’d love it and its super simple 😌
Oh wow that sounds delicious, thanks for the recommendation - I always use red lentils and coconut milk, so it's probably time I tried something new! I love any lentil dish, so that sounds perfect for me! Thanks for the lovely comment and for watching ☺️
10:13 I would change only one thing - this dish would be amazing with some Bok/Pak Choy :D I just love it in any Asian dishes! Having said that, the dish was very well balanced anyways so I am sure it was super tasty and satisfying!
Yesss I love pak choi! I usually throw it into everything so yes, it would work so well in this! It was SO good but I think pak choi would make it even better! ☺️
Wow that avocado toast is sheer perfection. I just smear avocado on my toast, you really put me to shame. lol I need to try those mushrooms. Hope your fur babies are doing ok and feeling better. Cookies sends head bonks. xoCathy

Thanks so much for watching! Have you tried baking it? I used to really dislike tofu but I started marinating and baking it, and now I eat it all the time! Otherwise I would say seitan 'chicken' could be good, if you're in the UK, you could try THIS! vegan chicken or Quorn vegan pieces, or any vegan 'chicken' alternative would work for the stir-fry ☺️
great recipes ideas! but you should consider getting an immersion blender so you don’t have to pour your soup to and fro into the vitamix! an immersion blender would allow you to blend directly in the pot. also, hot soup + plastic is never a good combination.
