motion sync adds latency, if you want to truly benefit from higher polling rateds you want to turn motion sync off, all it does is make polling rate graphs look better

at 8k it's kinda negligible the higher polling rate you go the less it's an issue because it delays mouse sensor data by exactly one poll

You will like that mouse the OP1 8K if you have little girly hands and limp wrists, at least it's the right color ... personally I use the Logitech G903 Lightspeed, great weight and can run wireless or wired... and have used this mouse flawlessly for about 6 years and still going strong...
