Beware, glucosamine is made from shellfish, so if you are allergic to shellfish, you could have a nasty serious reaction.
I used to take glucosamine and the pain was gone, but now I am having bone broth and it also works as magic
Great advice thankyou 🇺🇸🕊
@hesser2000 , do you make your own bone broth? I purchase mine, but would love to make it at home. Cheers.
@@johnormsby2034
Normally I buy cow legs from butcher shop and make it home. It is a lot cheaper that way and healthier as well, I guess. cheers
Where did you buy this supp?
How do you make the bone broth
MSM, Manganese, and Vitamin C are also good options for Arthritis 👍
Excellent! MSM is a superstar, but I don't know yet about manganese I will check into it.... and people sometimes neglect their C intake, but it helps regenerate tissue. How about collagen peptides? I've been using about 5 gm per day in my tea/coffee/smoothie. It helps.
@pheresy1367 manganese and vitamin c are more for helping reducing the pain and inflammation associated with arthritis.
@@byronrussell8395 I'm sure they do... But vitamin C is needed for building tissue... Cartilage is included as tissue. People with scurvy will lose their cartilage and other connective tissue.... Manganese is a cofactor for enzymes that are needed to build cartilage.
Good combination. Let me know how it’s working and what else you are using

Try avoiding bad hydrogenated oils. The acceptable oils would be:
Olive oil
Avocado oil
Coconut oil
(A Keto diet might help)
All other oils CAUSE inflammation.
Also try grounding. Go barefoot in the grass. This also helps.
We have found that higher levels of vitamin C are very helpful for gout and recommend that for all our clients
