That was the first trick that my bird knew. He even tore off my flesh. 😐

This is literally my dream bird. The only reason I don’t have one is my house is too small and close to the neighbors and I know they can be LOUD. We have a young tiel that can do a few of these tricks and a budgie too. But hopefully I can have a sun one day when we move to a bigger place.
Your bird just makes me want one even more! Such a nice video too ❤

I used to have a cockatiel and budgies too when I lived in an apartment. They were chatty, but not that loud. They are great birds. Thanks for sharing your love for our content.

    Our Friendly Animals
How can I train my conure
    to poop in one place.

    • @ourfriendlyanimals

You can encourage your conure to poop in places that you want it to by giving it praise after it poops in these areas. I do that by cuddling him and chatting with him. I don’t recommend giving your conure treats to reward the bird for pooping in the right places, because doing so might encourage the bird to hold its poop until it’s in those places. That would be unhealthy. Conures tend to bend down before pooping. If your bird’s on your shoulder and you see it bend down like that, shake the bird mildly and then try to immediately put it on a perch or area that you want it to poop on. That will encourage the bird to know when to poop. These methods aren’t perfect though.

Cool. It’s probably a feather without pigment, kinda like how we get white hair.

You cannot put them on the back to them. It means you want to meet.

I mean, you cannot pet them on the back

Mine’s a male, so it’s ok. It would also be ok to pet a female like that as long as it’s not excessive. You can tell if the bird’s confused or not by its response / body language.
