On my 2005 lly extrended cab long. Box i just calculated out my mpgs yesterday truck is bone stock with stock 245-75-16 winter tires i averaged 17.6 mpg going to and from work which is 25 miles each way average speed of 60-65mph i live in canada speed limit is only 100km/hr as for cold weather i have a espar diesel fired engine heater which brings the truck up to 80* celcius in about 1hr even at minus 30* celcius
Love your truck by the way nice color you dont see very often where i live and its in immaculate shape

Thanks for the comment and for watching! I love the long box with that 34 gallon fuel tank! Yeah these trucks can get relatively great MPGs with the right driving style and tires! Rock on!

I have a stock lly do you know what size I can fit with stock suspension? Like 285? What’s your setup?

That's a great question. I can't say for sure but it's very possible you could fit 285s with stock keys cranked up a bit. I installed 1-3" leveling keys in the front (I only have them at about 2" or so, the keys are not ideal but they get the job done for now), and 2" add a leafs in the rear. I'm 99% sure the stock rear will clear 285s no question. My tires are 34"x11.50" and fit with mild trimming. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching!
