you should watch series 4 of taskmaster, all the episodes are available on youtube and he’s absolutely hilarious on it. he also has his own show called ‘joe lycett’s got your back’, where he does stuff similar to what he did in this landlord story, but on a MUCH larger scale. he torments entire corporations and scam companies to achieve justice for wronged consumers. he’s brilliant!

What Joe doesn't realise is, Carol is showing these emails to her co workers and they are all pissing themselves laughing at the nut job that is renting the place
i decided to try the yelling a random name at my cat (shadow). i tried Elizabeth, Gloria, Michael, Patricia, Sylvester, Senior Fuzzybutt, and Sir Fluffington Of The South Quarter. (idk, i was trying things out, who knows, he COULD be sir fluffington of the south quarter and i kidnapped him and renamed him Shadow) then, out of desperation for a response, i yelled "MIKE!" if you have ever had a stranger yell your name at you before, you know the exact expression my cat had on his face when he turned to me after i had yelled that.

He's talking about the landlord (Or site manager) of the unit he works from
You can multiple landlords. Some for time I had three different landlords for my flat, business and warehouse.
Does it not occur to any of these people Joe Lycett is openly in contact with that he is a comedian and this is the kind of thing he does?
