      Totally fine. There might be a slight benefit to 4 or 5 but it's small and daily protein and cals are far more important

    Yeah if you are juiced up to the core. If anyone else attempts or follows his approach towards food will end up fat and by the time they cut they will lose every muscle they gained.

      @rockyevans1584 even then, I used to think about gym after work, had a big lunch and wondered why i was so tired. I finally figured it out after a long time, digesting food really drains the body of energy. First thing in the morning on empty stomach best way

    • @rockyevans1584
      @rockyevans1584 18 дней назад

      @lionsden4908 to each their own. I did morning workouts for a long time due to work schedule, absolutely love it and it feels best for sleep and everything. Certainly seem to be progressing slightly faster now that I have to lift after work, and I'm assuming it's extra time being awake and the meals in me making the difference. Not like I didn't progress in the am, so it really comes back to whatever works for you atm. I'm now missing that morning coffee on the treadmill warming up with some nice tunes, wouldn't be mad if my schedule changes and morning lifts are a go again

    No Jay stop it:) you don’t have to eat before training, because body rund on yesterday nutrients. In fact it’s way better training on empty stomach than on full stomach , on full stomach you will develop hiatal hernia , sooner or later. Besides its important to get enough nutrients in a whole day not hour before or after. People fast for a day or two and they don’t lose muscles

    I fast 24 hours twice a week and carry a good amount of muscle. I honestly think bodybuilders over eat and tax their kidneys, pancreas, gallbladder, and other digestive organs in the body.

      Of course they do but this is Jay Cutler. They don't overwhelm those because they eat too often, they do that because of steroids , that themselves tax both and enable the muscle growth and caloric requirement to even have to eat that much.
