A series of 2nd Amendment victories just occurred but it isn't over yet. Keep in mind that some of these rules and bans were obviously not constitutional to begin with showing that the effort may have been more about financially hurting the industry more than actually changing the rules. The bump stock ban is over, the pistol brace rule has been vacated and the gun show loophole rule has an injunction in 4 states. Hopefully things keep going in this direction but we also need to remember that these issues should never have existed in the first place.

Seems like a win yes. But, they'll just come up with more bans next year with even more stupid details, ie, if your firearm has a barrel, if you can hold said firearm with 1 or 2 hands, ect.

The punishment is the process as the companies could not have been found guilty/ responsible in the end.

Given how long it took and how a justice said all Congress has to do is amend the statute and it would be legal for the ban, this isn't much of a victory.
This is an activist court that doesn't mind taking rights away. If it can happen to the "other" guaranteed, it will happen to all.
