    Just saw your advert on Facebook and thought I'd have a look. That deltoid exercuse looks like it's just what I need. I have been getting bad, searing pain in my central deltoid if I stretch and tense in the morning or if I over reach too quickly. I made the mistake of attempting to skim stones on the sea and suffered because of it. Thanks for the vid.

    I was told i live with myofascial pain syndrome. I seam to be battling fascia or muscle adhesions around my whole body. I can feel squishy sticky clumps attaching to tendons all over. Knots in traps in scapula are bad making it hard to breathe deep expanding my rib cage. ive recently found it throughtout my legs and trigger points around pelvis. Fascia feels criknly around groin making bands around pelvis. I cant stop it. I roll everyday do yoga and try to keep calm. Im afraid to lift any weights as my back and shoulder are like rocks and afraid my legs are ending up the same. I like your videos as there calming and informative but as i rub the ball around my body i feel its to late for me and the real pain and restrictions are on there way. ❤

      I'm sorry to hear you are in pain and discomfort due to tightness in your tissues. If you are having difficulty managing these yourself I would recommend you find a myofascial therapist to work with as they will be able to help release some of the restrictions that are causing your current problems.
