    so you know what movements can tense under arm and arm pit?

      There are many movements, or lack of movement, that can contribute - holding arms still do do computer work or text/game; or sports such as tennis, weights, climbing, swimming; or carrying heavy things. The list goes on. Pretty much anything involving your arms that you do repetitively.
