I heard she recorded this back in 2004 but it never leaked. This reminds me of her song chaotic. I don't believe she recorded it during in the zone cuz she was single and looking for love. This one she's already found love and happy with this man. I think this was recorded in 2004 but britneys version wasn't leaked. I hope her version is out there. I think this was for her original doll album. 👀
Original Doll was a halfway done project that ended up being Blackout. Original Doll as an album does not exist. The only confirmed Michelle Bell writer's demo for Original Doll AKA Blackout was "Diary Of..."

Disguise My Love was for In The Zone, not for Original Doll, and Diary Of.. would be part of Blackout, since Original Doll is not a finished project
